At Her-Age, every high-value transaction is subject to security and compliance procedures designed to protect all parties involved, including our customers, payment card holders, our partners, and our company. Depending on the outcome of each verification step, additional checks may be required before an order can be approved for shipment.

In this case, despite the cooperation received, our Security & Compliance Team was ultimately unable to complete the verification process to the standard required by our internal policies. As a result, the order could not be released for shipment and was cancelled. A full refund was issued to the original payment method.
