Bad customer service and the gummies are not even THC lmao. I ask for lab report and they just ignore. It felt nothing like THC also so be careful.

The website claims to have laboratory tests and presents itself as one of the only vendors in the Czech Republic with verified products. However, when I asked customer support for the lab report, I received what appeared to be an old document that raised serious concerns about its authenticity. It did not give me confidence that the products had been properly tested.

My experience with the product was extremely negative. The vape tasted very synthetic and chemical from the first puff, and it caused a strong burning sensation in my throat and lungs. This was nothing like my previous experiences with cannabinoid products.

Shortly after using it, I experienced severe adverse effects. My heart started racing, my blood pressure became dangerously high, I couldn’t sleep for two days, my hands were sweating excessively, and I genuinely felt like I needed emergency medical attention. I was healthy before this experience, so this was extremely alarming.

I also found the customer support extremely disappointing. When I started asking questions about the product, requested more information, and tried to resolve my concerns, I stopped receiving meaningful responses. Instead of addressing my questions, I was eventually banned from their Discord server, making it impossible to continue the conversation. In my opinion, this is not how a legitimate business should treat customers with genuine concerns.

Overall, my experience was extremely negative. Between the concerning documentation, the severe reaction I experienced, and the way my concerns were handled, I have completely lost trust in this store. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from them to do their own research, ask for verifiable documentation, and think twice before placing an order.

Lab test missing a lot of info and so obviously fabricated the moment i started to ask about more things they instantly banned me and Mattb (moderator) is the biggest piece of shit, when i confronted him about the fake lab test he started acting like a 9yo and blocked me afterwards,Owner is stealing money from his mods support codes,fun fact he also owns another company called freshero and they make some kind of maintanance liquid for washing machines, entire site is full of fake and harmful stuff the effects arent even close to weed if you have a brain and you value your safety just dont order from this shithole and go to terplabz, not an ad btw just the truth after i smoked henrys bullshit for 3 years straight. This flavor is extremely harsh on the throat. It causes severe throat irritation, a strong, persistent cough, and makes inhaling very unpleasant. I've never had this problem with the other cartridges from this company. I do not recommend this product.

I have purchased a product from them on 20th May. Paid with money transfer through bank account. I have chatted with them several times for the past 3 weeks. At first they said they will resend the order. 2nd time they wanted me to send a copy ogmf the money transfer. They would send the order again. Today I got a different answer. According to them payment hasn't been received. So I've wasted 70 eur. Now they don't even respond anymore. So this is just a typical scam business.

I paid money through revolution, the website says that it is not confirmed because the goods have not been paid for. I wrote to the support in the note that they did not receive anything, I sent them a message from revolution and I am ignored, the support does not write anything. So it turns out that I received a scam.
