The helmet is beautiful but as a note for custom designs, you can’t really change anything after receiving the proofs. I was told changing the hardware from platinum to brass would mess up the paint and damage it. So the proof process is a formality and not actually part of the process. Once you hit submit it’s a done deal. Wish that were more transparent up front.

Fantastic customer services, and wow what can I say I’ve lusted after a Hedon helmet for around 3 years now, it hasn’t disappeared, I wore it for the first time yesterday and wow so light and the wind noise compared to my Shoie Glamster was night and day, if your wanting one get one they are absolutely amazing

Quality product and great customer service

Love the product, great quality, and very good customer service. I had only one concern, but decided to let it go. When I first received the helmet, it seemed to me that it had been a return. There was a small ding on the right side, the leather, over and to the left of the left eye was slightly rubbed and discolored from the rest and much of the gel coat (?) seemed to be milky in certain light angles (like it had been re-polished. This was just me being picky, but it’s something I noticed. However, I won’t be returning it. It’s a great helmet. Thanks

For starters I would like to say that I love my XXL Hedonist Polvo Helmet. Issues started with the original order over two years ago. The buttons that hold the shield in place were two wide apart. This design flaw caused my Hedon bubble shield to fracture. I contacted Hedon. They said that they would send me a new helmet after I returned the old one. 6-7 months later they sent me the new helmet……it was actually my old helmet with the buttons moved on the outer shell. It clearly was not my old helmet and I had safety concerns with this kind of repair. They agreed to send me a brand new new helmet. 3-4 months later that is what they did. The helmet they sent me had the same design flaw as the first one. I sent that one back. And they sent me another helmet. It’s very hard to talk to a human overthere. All there contact numbers are hidden from the general public. I finally found a number and contacted them as another 6-7 months have passed. They were sending out emails however I never received them. Every email I sent them had my direct cell number. I don’t know why they did not call. The person was talking to was great. They shipped me a new helmet and they tossed in a face shield for free……. This whole ordeal took over two years to sort out. Again the helmet is beautiful. It’s the best helmet I own. It’s just too bad my file was handled the way it was.

Excellent quality and fit. I have had many motorcycle helmets in my 46 years of riding and hedon are the best, this is my third one.
