I received an expired item by mistake, so I contacted them and they refunded my money right away. Return postage is non-refundable, but in this case they covered it full. Very fast customer support, they answer same day and are courteous and professional. I see there are negative reviews, but I disagree. Definitely recommended.
Please chose another delivery service. 1month and stil haven’t left Nederland.. please check dpd-delivery it has 99% 1star reviews. I’ll change the review if my package of it is still intact.
