Before my sons first singing lesson, he was extremely nervous and lacked confidence in himself. From the moment he met Darryn, that all changed. Darryn brings mindfulness and wellbeing into every class which has brought my son on in leaps and bounds. I can't recommend him highly enough.
They now share a love of singing and horror movies 😊.

Very happy with Harmonics Music School. My daughter looks forward to her piano lesson every week and really enjoys time spent with her teachers. It is lovely to hear the progress she is making while she practises at home. Delighted she is receiving such a nurturing learning experience.

My daughter, who is 7 years old, has been attending Harmonics Music School for +/- 2 years now, starting with singing classes and later moving on to piano. I can confidently say that this school has been a wonderful experience for her and our family. They create a warm and welcoming environment where kids feel encouraged to explore their musical abilities.

I was looking for a piano/singing teacher for my daughter and came across Harmonics Music School. After a lovely initial chat with Darryn I ended up not only signing her up but taking singing lessons myself, and I'm so glad that I did. My daughter loves her teacher Alicia, and I see the love of music grow in her week by week. I myself have enjoyed the singing lessons with Darryn immensely. His teaching techniques are gentle and kind, and really have helped me get over my fear of singing in front of others. I have also had the pleasure to have a couple of lessons with Elaine, and couldn't agree more with all the other appraising reviews.

Darryn and Elaine have created a School with their own unique style which radiates respect and kindness in addition to their wonderful teaching methods they inspire confidence and encourage students to embrace and nurture their uniqueness.

Darryn and Elaine are truly incredible people. The passion they have for their craft and the genuine will to give everyone the opportunity to be their best selves is remarkable. I can honestly say the world is a much better place for this school and the awesome team behind it! David H

Our daughter goes to Piano with Elaine and singing with Darryn. Both Elaine and Darryn are incredible teachers, they inspire, give confidence, make music fun and interesting for our daughter. Needless to say my daughter has learned so much and adores her lessons. I can't recommend this music school enough, the teachers go above and beyond and really care about their students.

Having completed a series of vocal lessons with Darryn at Harmonics Music School I found my approach to using my voice much improved. His techniques of muscle relaxation in the areas of throat and diaphragm were highly successful for me. I would highly recommend Darryn and Harmonics Music School to everyone interested in improving their musical journey.

Elaine has made learning to play the piano a fun experience for Matthew and as a result we have only seen him grow in confidence and ability. Matthew has moved away from RIAM exams to the Rock School of Music. This was a decision that Elaine helped guide him through and fully supported him. Elaine is great at helping students learn in a way that’s individual to them and makes learning a fun and a positive experience.

My two daughters have been attending piano lessons with Elaine for over five years now.
Elaine is a dedicated, patient, gentle and kind teacher who encourages and motivates my children in learning piano.
The girls always look forward to going to their piano lessons and miss Elaine over the holidays. I love that the girls can learn music in an environment that’s not stressful. Elaine’s love of music and her connection with children is the perfect combination to encourage all children to make music a part of their life for years to come.

Our daughter Juliette is in Elaine’s piano class and absolutely loves it. Juliette was diagnosed with dyslexia last year and we have found that the calmness of Elaine’s style of teaching has really helped Juliette a lot, not only within her piano skills but personally too.

My daughter has been going for piano lessons to Elaine for a precious few years. The individual care, the creative approach, and the patience and understanding she shows have meant that my daughter and I are really attached to Elaine and her professional, but quirky character and teaching. My daughter has Aurtism and when ever we meet a stumbling block Elaine has always been so available and willing to find ways to bring my daughter back into a happy relationship with the piano. I feel so lucky to have found this gem.

Elaine has been a hugely positive influence in my daughter’s life, since she started piano lessons in 2017. Elaine is a passionate and enthusiastic teacher, she gives so much of herself to her students and mentors them in a kind and caring learning environment. I can’t recommend Harmonics Music School enough - my daughter has grown in confidence and loves her piano lesson each week. We especially appreciate the recitals that Elaine puts together to showcase the progress of her students.
