Easy processes and very helpful guys in booking but still I didn’t get my receipt individually for each resort

We had a great experience booking our Australia trip with Happy Travels, and Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made everything so easy for us so definitely recommend him for anyone who needs help booking their travels!

I had such a great experience planning my one-month East Coast trip with Jamie! He was incredibly friendly, helpful and super easy-going throughout the whole process.

Jamie was completely open to my ideas and really took the time to understand what I wanted from my trip. We went through everything together and managed to create an itinerary that fit perfectly within my dream budget while still including so many amazing activities and experiences. He also helped me organise the Greyhound buses, which made everything so much easier and stress-free.

I really appreciated how uncomplicated and personal the whole experience was. Jamie genuinely wanted to make sure I got the most out of my time in Australia, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Happy Travels were brilliant in helping organise and book a solo trip to the East Coast over New Years! Initially had booked with a group tour with another company and actually cancelled and went back to Happy Travels after they were so much more helpful and clear in what they can offer and made me feel more confident to do it as a solo itinerary. Ryan was super helpful in tailoring activities to what I wanted, recommendations and explaining how everything works as it will be my longest solo travel. Yet to go on the trip but would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to take the stress out of the planning and feel confident in who they book through! Thank you!

The entire process was so simple! I left booking everything to the last minute and Matt made sure that i was able to book everything i wanted at short notice. 100% recommended! Takes the pressure off booking and organising things if you get overwhelmed like me 😅 Also get perks through booking with happy travels i.e money off some hostels/travel. Definitely will be using for my next trip.

Had a such a great experience with this company. Was lost with what I wanted to do with my east coast trip but Jack at The Nomads branch fully sorted me out. He had done the whole trip himself and showed me and explained his experience of it from his perspective. Was really useful to have someone who was, at one point in my exact position, talk me through the best next steps.

Jack did a really great work and got us the best tour for the Gold Coast.

Jack is a really funny Person and explaned us everything exactly. So now we‘re have the best east coast tour!
