Highly Professional and Smooth Experience
The whole process of purchasing the fans was very professional and easy. They came to check the house and the locations for the fans, explained everything clearly, and provided a detailed quote. We set a date for the installation, and everything was installed on time. Whenever I had a question, they always responded quickly, politely, and professionally. I highly recommend them!

Weeks after booking service on phone received an SMS on day of works saying they don't work in Jutland
Made a booking via phone, which was scheduled several weeks later. Received SMS and email reminders. Booked day off work. Even the day before received reminder and confirmation.
On the day of the works, received an SMS telling me they don't service Jutland and job was cancelled. No phone call, no email. Just an SMS.
No one bothered the check this during initial phone consultation. No one bothered to check this in the 4 weeks leading up to works date.
Terrible customer service.

Fair job at the full tile cleaning service
Halbergs did a fair job of cleaning my tiles and the stark difference before and after is quite breathtaking. There was a bit of sand and dirt that got pushed to the street, my neighbor wasn't happy about that and I ended up cleaning that. Finally when it came to spreading out the sand it could have been done better as some spots were left out. Throughout Halbergs was responsive to communication and handled any issues fairly, so I'd be happy to use them again.

Friendly and professional services from start to finish!
I coincidentally came across an advertisement from Halbergs and decided to give them a call. The conversations and services were professional and accommodating from the start. I first had a free visit from an expert who assessed my home and advised me on the best way forward. He explained how the ventilation system that I wanted to install works and the advantages of installing them. A few weeks later, another expert came to install the two ventilation systems in my home. The process was exactly what was initially explained and the technician was friendly and professional. I am now a happy customer :-) and thankful for the services provided by Halbergs. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking the similar services.

Well organized company
I asked the company to come by and give me the offer for cavity insulation. the booking process for coming and visiting my place, was quite straight forward.
The guy who came by to visit my place was quiet helpful, polite and fast.
I have not decided to to proceed with them not because I have received a better offer, but because my budget is limited and in my case they need to do some extra preparation before inject the insulation material.

The guy spraying my roof showed up…
The guy spraying my roof showed up before the scheduled time slot, (actually before 07:00) and did a good job spraying the roof with the algaecide. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that he didn't reconnect the garden hose or put any of the items back to their places after he moved them.

Could be slightly better
Everything was professionally handled. However there are some minor details that can be improved (like if there is small objects covering the tiles then it can removed and tiles can be cleaned). It more of 4.5 then 4 star.
