Excellent service from start to finish. The team were profesional, helpful and the installation was completed to a very high standard. Our oak floor looks amazing. Highly recommended.
My Douglas Fir Wood floor was delayed multiple times over 3 months with vague and in my opinion lies on delivery. I would have a delivery date set and the day before it would be delayed again.
Communication was incredibly difficult with emails and phone calls unanswered. It took my own dedication of calling and emailing multiple times to get vague answers on delayed delivery.
After 3 months from paying in full I cancelled the order and requested a refund. It was paid on the final day of refund period policy after I threatened legal action.

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the significant delay to your order and for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.
As you know, the lead time for our Douglas Fir flooring is up to 8 weeks from the date of order. Unfortunately, on this occasion, unexpected production issues arose with our manufacturing partners in the Baltic countries, where all of our flooring is produced and supplied from. Regrettably, these issues affected not only your order but also a small number of other customers' orders. While this explains the delay, we fully appreciate that it does not lessen the disappointment you experienced.
We also acknowledge that our communication during this period did not meet the standard we aim to provide, and we are sorry that you had to spend so much time chasing updates. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
In an effort to minimise the impact of the delays, we offered you a heavily discounted installation service—almost free of charge—even if you decided to source the flooring from another supplier. Although we were disappointed that we could not fulfil your order, we wanted to do what we could to help keep your project moving.
When you decided to cancel your order, we processed your refund in accordance with our refund procedures. We regret that the overall experience left you feeling dissatisfied.
We genuinely value all customer feedback, as it helps us improve our service. Once again, we are very sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide, and we wish you all the best with your flooring project.
If I could’ve would give zero stars. This company supplied me with the flooring that didn’t match the sample I had sent them. Then collected the flooring promised me in an email refund twice, and then went silent. £7000 down the drain. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Tomas is a scammer!

We are sorry that you feel disappointed with your experience. The parquet flooring was collected, with the collection arranged directly through the production company. After carefully inspecting the returned flooring and comparing it with the approved sample, the production team confirmed that the colour had been matched appropriately.
Please note that wood is a natural material, so some variation in colour, grain and tone between individual boards is normal and unavoidable.
Most importantly, your full refund of £6888.00 was charged back from our bank account on 15 May 2026. It should have reached your account by now. We therefore respectfully ask that you check your bank statement and contact us directly if you genuinely cannot locate the payment, so we can provide the transaction confirmation and investigate it with the banks.
Although we understand your frustration, this statement is untrue and inappropriate, particularly as the flooring was collected and the full refund was issued.
Huge selection of finishes, large displays in their Edinburgh flooring showroom, Tomas was very helpful, patient and professional. The fitters did an outstating job, very clean and tidy service.

Very professional fitters worked hard and left the space clean. Living room and hallway looks fantastic with new chevron parquet flooring.
Don't waste your time considering this company. Just spent an hour driving to Edinburgh from Glasgow to visit their shop which says it's open 10-5pm weekdays. As it also says you need to make an appointment at the weekend I assumed this meant I was safe to visit during the week. Shop was closed and eventually discovered they'd decided to work from the workshop that day! So drove another hour back to Glasgow. What a waste of time! This is obviously a very small outfit despite the impression their website gives of a substantial company. Can't even afford to pay someone to cover their shop hours. Really annoyed! They did offer to reimburse my travel costs but that's not really the point! I wasted two hours travelling and am no further forward!
Hoff Parquet did an amazing job replacing our kitchen and living room floor. Very tidy and professional. The cost was also very reasonable.

I reached out to this company to fit my herringbone flooring for an area of 50 sq metres. All seems great until there was excuse after excuse for the sitters not turning up. The work is still not complete two months later and I have now been advised that the company will not be sending a fitter to complete the job. They have left a stair nose unfinished and there are gaps and other issues with the flooring area. They were quick enough to invoice me for the wrong payment and do not respond to emails or phone calls. We have reported to trading standards and would not recommend them at all they are totally unprofessional at one point the fitter even has his partner join him to my sit in my property.

Fitter Availability and Project Completion:
While there were delays caused by our fitter’s health, we never stated that we would not send someone to complete the job. The bespoke stair nosing has been prepared and is available for collection or delivery. We remain committed to resolving this in a friendly and professional manner.
Site Conditions and Materials:
The flooring installation faced challenges as the floor was not covered, despite multiple requests to protect it during ongoing renovations. The site was not clean or ready, with furniture and other items requiring movement. Additionally, materials such as the stair nosing and adhesive were not on-site, which caused further delays.
Communication and Payments:
We acknowledge your concerns about communication and have worked to address them. When you flagged an issue with the invoice, we promptly adjusted it and allowed you to withhold £500 until the final touches were completed.
Professional Workmanship:
The borders around radiator pipes were installed with precision, considering the limitations of existing structures. Gaps in the flooring may have resulted from heavy foot traffic on the uncovered floor, as shown in the photos taken during the project.

We have responded to Trading Standards with detailed evidence, including photos and videos, demonstrating the conditions on-site and the steps we took to complete the work professionally.
