Sage was amazing!! I booked a hotel incorrectly and she helped me cancel the incorrect hotel and helped me greatly with finding another hotel that we were so happy with. She was so patient and professional and she even gave me her phone # if we had any issues or questions again. I would say she is a most valuable employee. Big thanks to Sage, a most professional employee!!

This is a spam! I called Booking.com customer service and thought that I was talking to Booking.com while Damian is not an employee of Booking.com! I contacted the hotel and they told me that they don’t charge $262 for taxes their fee is only $42 . I have spend the entire morning now with Booking.com & Amex. Booking.com confirmed that they have nothing to do with these online scammers! This is additional layer of stress that I’m dealing with because of VBHUB hackers. Booking.com hadn’t heard of them and they represent themselves as Booking.com employees by hacking online & customer service calls. BE AWRE! I now have close to $2400charges for hotel from Booking.com. Thank God Booking.com understood that I didn’t make the actual changes in my account as Damien changed my email address on the account. I can’t believe I got caught up in this scam and have to deal with this nightmare! I will keep updating my review for everyone to be aware!In addition I was charged additional fee of $262.00 USD that is the Hotel Booking Hub fee not the property taxes. Also when I review the booking of the hotel it is offered free shuttle from airport to hotel which Damian couldn’t rectify but if I do book it now through the ap is offered as a perk. The hotel I was pressured to book is with horrible reviews and not in the area I wanted to book but I didn’t have a choice because I was told that it’s been an hour conversation. My Birthday trip is not starting well thanks to the ruthless online hackers who have nothing else to do but harm people. I will never use Booking.com since my data becomes exposed.! Never again! This is my last time booking through Booking.com! Horrific experience!
