Had all my old wood framed aluminum windows replaced. What a difference and the installation team were amazing! Very professional, polite and cleared the old windows,frames and soffits away on competition. Left the house very clean and tidy. Chloe and the team in the office were very supportive (thanks guys!) Well pleased, would fully recommend. Windows look amazing!!

The two men who installed the windows worked very hard during probably the two hottest days of the year. They did a good job with good finishing touches. They also cleared up well.

Maybe this company used to be good. But I would like to add to the recent awful reviews. We chose this company on a promise of a family feel and a project which would be completed professionally and quickly. They have consistently failed to meet deadlines, to respond to questions and queries, and left myself and my family upset with their appalling support. Their customer support, when you can reach them is terrible. Individuals promise answers but weeks later no answers have been provided and no one seems to know what anyone else has spoken about. When communicating with this company it is essential to get everything in writing, and not give any value to any word of mouth communications. We are still awaiting our work, and even a start date for it, so I can not give a review of the quality of the work. But what I can speak of is my experience to date which is months of not following up, being given deadlines which are not met, being impossible to contact, promising answers and not delivering. If you are thinking of using this company, I would say look elsewhere. Yes the sales people are good at promising a product, but that can not be further from what we have experienced. When choosing a company to provide work at your home, it is important to know the reality of their work and company. And for us that has been truly disgusting. Honestly disappointed and upset does not begin to cover it. Trying to arrange this install around work and the pressures of a busy daily family life has been truly a nightmare. If you haven’t yet paid the non refundable deposit, do not!

Very good service throughout the instalment. A couple of cancelled start dates, hence the 4 stars but once the job was started it was all very professional.
Ben did a great job and worked like a Trojan throughout. He needed to return to finish the job but rang to advise if his arrival time.

Contrary to some negative impressions of double glazing companies, our experience with Kent & Sussex has been entirely positive from initial contact, through survey, to installation. We have been kept informed throughout of any changes. The actual fitting was carried out by punctual, friendly, and highly professional staff who went the extra mile to ensure that all went well.
We are very pleased with the end result.

Waste of time - never arrived.
Booked in for a measure up appointment, my partner leaving his business early to come home as i was told on the phone we both need to be home, and they never arrived. No call or message to say why, just didn’t bother to turn up. I called and messaged but didn’t hear anything back.

Thank you to John and Dave for fitting our windows and doors on three of the hottest days of the year. They worked tirelessly and were also friendly and courteous. Their workmanship is excellent and I will happily recommend Kent & Sussex.

The men that came to my property Dean and Blake we absolute stars very polite cleaned up afterwards done a great job to the fact I requested them to return to replace a window a different fitter and installed and finished incorrectly.
