I purchased Samsonite suitcase 81cm
I purchased Samsonite suitcase 81cm, 3 months later i used for a trip, and when i claim the baggage the condition dent everywhere and its not even not rectangular shape anymore, i ask to this site koffer-schweiz.ch to ask repair it, and they deny it and asked me to contact samsonite directly.
No help, no after sales, just same experience you buy 2nd hand from normal person.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your order and review. I apologise for the condition of your suitcase during transport. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Samsonite rejects warranty claims for transport damage. We always provide the best possible service and try our best to help our customers and offer a solution through repairs or similar, even if we have no influence on transport damage. Unfortunately, we cannot do much about the dents that have occurred and had asked you to report this to the airline as a matter of urgency. If this is no longer possible, the only option is to contact Samsonite directly, as Samsonite has already rejected a warranty claim. Nevertheless, I would like to apologise once again for the inconvenience. We are always available to answer any further questions you may have. Your Suitcase Switzerland Team
Efficient company
This is the first time I used Koffer-schweiz, I needed a suitcase at short notice. The whole process was efficient, timely information was provided and the suitcase ordered before 4 p.m. arrived next day, on Saturday morning (at extra cost) as indicated. Thank you!
