I had a great experience with Knife Art. The ordering process was easy, communication was friendly and helpful, and my order arrived quickly and was very carefully packaged. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the useful information about caring for the knife. Overall, everything went smoothly and I would happily order from Knife Art again.

After looking everywhere for my dream chef's knife, I finally found it on Knife-art.de. Lukas was so friendly and helpful and had it to me within a week. Excellent service – I couldn't be happier.

I signed up for restock notifications on a knife. When they restock, they send emails to a few people at a time in order of registration to that particular product, which is great as its fair and gives you a little bit of time to decide on your purchase.

They also replied quickly to an email.

Finally, I had a small request to delay my shipment and they did so, also leaving a nice message about it in the box.

Naturally, all regular things (prices, packaging, quality control on the knife itself... ) were perfect.

Fast and good communication. Highly recommended.

I contacted Lukas for advice after my favorite kitchen knife was accidentally damaged at work. He replied immediately, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that the knife could be repaired.

The repair was completed very quickly, and the knife came back in excellent condition. It feels like I have my favorite knife back again.

What I also appreciated was learning that customers can visit the warehouse in person, see the knives firsthand, and receive personal advice. This is something I did not know before, and I am already planning a visit when I purchase my next knife, most likely a Santoku

I received my knifes super fast! Thoughtful handwritten note enclosed in the box, lovely printed letter with care instructions and carefully packaged with a little gift.

The knifes themselves are AMAZING, I spend an hour or two handcrafting leather knife covers this morning and they will make a lovely addition to my slowly growing collection of amazing knifes. Next addition already in the planning for my next bday 😊🤌
