Disappointing Delivery Experience
I ordered an Arsenal shirt on May 22 because it was supposed to arrive on May 28, and I wanted to wear it for the final. I completely understand that delays can happen. A few days late wouldn't have been a problem. What I didn't expect was to receive it on June 10, nearly two weeks after the estimated delivery date.
To put it into perspective, I've ordered items from China that arrived faster. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. There was no explanation, no apology, and no update about the delay.
The shirt is great, but the delivery service was very disappointing.

Ordine effettuato e pagato il 3/8/2025, al 3/10/2025 non è ancora arrivato. Il servizio clienti si è rivelato completamente inutile: risposte vaghe, nessuna soluzione, zero affidabilità. Un’esperienza pessima che dimostra serietà inesistente e totale mancanza di professionalità. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Order placed and paid on 3/8/2025, and by 10/3/2025 it has still not arrived. Customer service proved completely useless: vague answers, no solutions, zero reliability. A dreadful experience showing no seriousness and a total lack of professionalism. Absolutely not recommended.

Shipping and delivery missed
I ordered a pair of nike shoes on the 14th of august. They should have arrived on the 20th but still today on the 25th they aren’t. I’m complaining about the shipping and delivery time and method.
