Simplicity and customer first: love it!
I've been customer for some months and I am very happy with it.
The conditions are very simple with no hidden texts and extra fees.
Also I love that they treat their existing customers very well: I just got 3GB more per month without having to do anything! :)
(Note that there are some restrictions for calls abroad, so you might want to check those in case they are important for you).

Bad service and you contract starts…
Spoke to customer service they say they can't refund me and just end the chat what sort of company does that. don't no why the have a friend referral program because if anyone uses it they will realize they don't want there friends to use it.

The best thing is that the number works all over EU and very fast internet. I have received calls and also called to German numbers all over Baltic and Scandinavia.

They can't add information in the address
I just registered with them but there is no field in the address area where I can put a C/O, I try to chat with them but they cannot really do anything... In the building where I live there is no post box and downstairs it's only the names of the owners of the flats... Something as simple as put another detail in the address they cannot do it... The problem they said it's mine... So I have to close the account because I wasnt going to receive a letter... Pity ..

It's a shame we won't be able to get together. To enter an address addition is not possible for us. Alternatively, you could just put your name on the doorbell so that the letter carrier can find the address. Greetings Oliver
