Ordered a “deluxe” bouquet off the pictures advertised on their website. What was actually delivered was a poor imitation of the image that was supposed to arrive. Less than half the flowers that were advertised actually made it into the bouquet. What is being sold on line is blatant misrepresentation and false advertising to what was actually delivered. What was supposed to be a bouquet celebrating my mother’s birthday actually ended up looking like an afterthought. Do not order from ever.

I placed an order for my daughter who lives in Cary, ill, where this florist is located. I placed the order on Monday for delivery on Thursday which was her wedding anniversary. On Thursday I contacted them to ask about the order and was told it was scheduled for delivery that day. I checked back again since it still wasn’t delivered. I asked to be contacted when it was delivered. My daughter texted me at 8:01 to thank me for the flowers. The florist emailed me the next morning to say it was delivered at 8pm. I emailed them back to say I was very disappointed with their service. I was told the delivery times depends on when the order was placed. When I emailed back to say the order was placed on Monday, 3 days earlier I was told delivery depends on the driver’s route. I had asked for a small refund but was denied. I will never order from them again. I thought I was doing a great job to order from a local company, but it was not a good experience.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as many other people. And for the first time ever didn't research, because I thought it was a nice local florist. I ordered flowers for my stepdaughter, who had gotten injured during sports and thought that the bouquet was going to be delivered by 5 PM. And when they hadn't been delivered by six I called and was told that there was a supply chain issue, asked to speak to someone else. And they told me that there was an accident and the flowers were damaged. I was on the phone for almost an hour going around and around with them. Asking them to send another bouquet, send to that. Bouquet wasn't able to be sent and they told me they couldn't. I asked them to refund, they said they would. It's been four days. I don't have a refund.

What a scam. Trying to promote themselves as a local florist then providing crap. What I ordered was nowhere near what was delivered - then when I complained they told me I agreed to their substitution policy.
DO NOT USE!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. Never received any messages from them, so I verified the charges and called them. They said they cancelled the order because of supply issues (of highly-exotic daisies [sarcasm]). They also claimed they emailed me (did not).
So, mom didn’t get flowers for her birthday. FU Eva and crew.

Deeply disappointing. Why could they have not told me they we not able to deliver the flowers yesterday. If I would have known they were not going to follow through with the delivery I would have never placed the order. On top of that why does the web site say Big Spring when come to find out they don’t have a store in Big Spring. They are a liars!!! They deceive people like me who depend on legit businesses to do what they say.

I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Stay clear of this florist. Despite telling me on the phone they were local they are not. They operate in another state and broker to local florists. My families experience was terrible. A casket spray was chosen on the their (website) for my mother-in-laws funeral. What was picked out, on their seemingly fake website, is not even close to what was ordered or paid for. It seems like when they send the order to a local florist it is for something much less expensive and not even the same. After one week of calling and emailing and getting no where, I filed a fraud claim with my bank. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Please don't make the same mistake I made.

Add me to list of people taken. I called at 430 and they said flowers were out for delivery. Called at 8pm and they said they were waiting on a driver to finish his route. Flowers were never delivered. I can’t imagine how this business is still operating as it is very clearly a scam.

They suck! My best friend lost her brother on this date. I ordered flowers 5 days in advance that were never delivered. They did give me a bullshit reason! No heads up no apology. Do not use this company.

I ordered flowers of their website for delivery in their specified delivery time. The flowers that were delivered where not what I ordered, they were much smaller. They were also wilted when they were delivered at 10:45 pm the next day waking up an elderly couple that was also grieving.

I ordered flowers for a funeral only to get an email two days before they were to be delivered that due to a supply problem, they had to cancel my order. No phone call or replacement flowers offered!

They canceled my order of flowers for a funeral in the middle of the night the day of the family funeral, and said they didn’t have the flowers. No alternative, no referral just too bad, so sad. Good thing they weren’t standing in front of me. They stink, beware

Placed order for funeral flowers on Friday for Sunday service. Late Saturday they sent an email that due to a supply problem they could not fulfill the order. They did not call so we could arrange a different selection or let us know in time to contact another florist. Would NEVER trust this business in the future, definitely to be avoided. Would give zero stars if possible

I thought I found a nice local florist. I arranged for flowers to be sent for a special occasion. They never arrived.

Repeated calls and texts kept getting the response "Rest assured, it was delivered." And then they stated that they don't fix delivery problems 48 hours after delivery. But with no delivery at all, how would I contact them within 48 hours? Calling my bank Monday.

I viewed a bouquet on their website, ordered it and it was sent sent, but it looked nothing like the picture. They offered a $10 refund which never came through.

I ordered flowers through this company to be delivered on Friday they did not show up when I called they said that there was problems with the delivery truck so I asked for a refund and they said that they couldn’t do it horrible service

SCAM ALERT! This place is an online scam delivery company. I spent $100 for a beautiful bouquet and received a shitty red flower bouquet from Publix. I should have researched. Am going to have my bank dispute the charge. Read the other reviews. JUST AWFUL.

I placed an order through this service which turned out to be an online broker and not a legitimate florist. Their reviews have been overwhelmingly negative. The order was not delivered correctly with it being delivered to the wrong address. The owner of the property where the flowers were delivered was not the intended recipient The actual recipient did not receive the order until several days later when the other individual presented it to them. This order was intended for a special occasion. I contacted the company to explain and correct the situation and was informed the most they could accommodate was a very small partial refund even though I requested redelivery of the arrangement to the correct recipient or issuance of a full refund to my original payment method. I highly recommend not using this service as they act as nothing more than a middleman and really is a sham portraying having a legitimate local presence.

Contacting the company gets you nowhere as they give NO RESOLUTION. Filed a dispute with my bank and the BBB. STAW AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to give one star but this company does not deserve any stars. Flowers never delivered. Rip off
