Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I called the customer service hotline and was told that they had no information about any delays and that the bus had simply been rescheduled, as if there were no problem at all. Meanwhile, I had already been waiting for 4.5 hours with no clear information or proper assistance.
The staff present in Zagreb were completely incompetent and clearly lacked even the most basic training in customer service. Their attitude was unprofessional.
No communication, no assistance, no accountability. After 4.5 hours of waiting, this was an unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise against using this service.

Being old for me Flixbus is an excellent replacement for the car.
Being old for me Flixbus is an excellent replacement for the car. Furthermore Flixbus allows me to reach places acros Europe where to meet relatives and friends.
The only advice is to mark the stops better.
In certain places you have to look for a clearly visible sign with FLIXBUS.
I walk with a stick plus trolley, for that reason it is important to find the starting point immediately.

Worst experience on the planet
Worst experience on the planet. Horrible service from the very first moment. What happened during my trip turned into a full nightmare, and the way they handled it made everything even worse. I lost my belongings inside their bus, and every attempt to get support was met with cold, empty replies that showed zero awareness, zero responsibility, and zero interest in the situation.I relocated to another country and ended up losing my luggage, yet their communication felt completely disconnected from reality. No empathy. No effort. No attempt to understand anything. Just generic messages that made the entire experience heavier, more stressful, and honestly unbearable.Horrible handling, horrible attitude, horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Responsibility shifting, regulations avoidance
So i bought a ticket through flixbus website, paid it and guess what, no ticket received ... so i asked customer service about it (ai chatbot ofc), no help, but got transferred to human behind the chat (sofar so good i thought!), only to learn that this line is operated through a partner and they dont know and i should contact them - the partner line (what?!). Wow i thought, but i insisted that they care of the thing as i paid them, i have contract with them (as the eu regulation goes, unf they dont really care about regulations probably, eu or maldives), after back n forth they ofc refused and sent me a link to fill complaint (which i did and got no response back). It does not help anyway as i need the ticket now, right? :) ... so ladies and gents guess what, i had to buy the ticket again, through another portal, just to make the trip cost 2x more ... ofc i will claim my monies and will go all the legal way and write this review and ... sometimes the first time is also the last time ;)

It is great to have a public transportation between France and Italy. Cars arrive quite often at the expected time, there are nearly always places and buses are comfortable.

Allucinante il servizio da Trieste a Spalato, il guidatore si ferma fuori dalla stazione dei bus indicata nell'app e se gli rivolgi la parola per dirgli che altre persone stanno aspettando dentro non ti guarda nemmeno in faccia.
Unbelievable experience at the Trieste station to go to Split. The driver stops outside of the station, where the app says the bus will stop, and if you try and tell him that there's people waiting for the bus inside they don't even look at you, ignoring you completely.

Direct service. Fast and convenient. An excellent choice to reach Orléans and Tours from Orly Airport in Paris and back. Flixbus is just a few minutes' walk from the Terminals at Orly Airport and is directly connected to the tramway in Orléans and Tours. At the moment, they are redoing the tramway in Tours, so an alternative service with Bus 2 from the Gare de Tours is provided to reach Vaucanson, exactly where l'arrêt du tramway est.
