Alls well that ends well
Initially had a seemingly disappointed experience following a ~€2k order (shipped poorly and poor communcation). In the end it turned out there was a reasonable explanation for what had happened.
In the end, we came to a compromise and I was compensated accordingly. They handled it well and I got the idea these guys mean well and do good by many others in the Pokémon community. Nothing but kudo's to that.
