I have good experience with ordering…
I have good experience with ordering from flaconi (to Switzerland). The package was tracked, everything is delivered safe and in time. Flaconi also put free samples including full sized vitamin B powders, which is awesome 😎

Una stella perché non c'è la possibilità di metterne meno! Ho ricevuto una scatola zuppa del profumo comprato che si è rotto nel trasporto perché imballato malissimo. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta alle mie numerose mail (in varie lingue) con foto.
One star as I could not choose less. I received a box soken wet with the perfume I bought as It was unproperly packed. Never received any replay to my several mails (in different languages) with photo attached.
