I bought a pair of Fluchos shoes on a trip to Porto , I was extremely happy with them until I noticed the soles were separating from the shoe . I initially sent an email to the company but got no response .As I live in the UK I tried contacting Fluchos UK but was told I should contact Fluchos in Portugal as this is where I purchased the shoes . I sent an email to customer services in Portugal and no response . The lack of customer service will make me avoid ever buying from this brand again .I paid 125 euros for substandard shoes and no customer service !!!
