I like the fact about what it does but I have difficulty in getting people who could help with devices that are not getting blocked or turns itself back in. I would love to speak to a person or if the could get in touch.

Support does not get better than what I received- because perfection cannot be improved upon! Truly amazing that I mention an issue with the desktop app to Support and within an hour a patch is released and the issue was 100% resolved. You raised the bar, my friends. And you raised it to the moon!

I bought a fingbox when it was an Indiegogo project back in 2017. Since then I'd connected it ocassionally to check the devices on my network. It comes very handy to identify IP's and MAC addresses and troubleshoot anything that could be offline (I have more than forty devices online 24/7). It works perfectly as it did the first day I tried it

Thank you Fing for allowing me to use the internet again. After being unable to use the internet due to routers and other people's devices connecting to my data stream or personal devices for the purpose of stealing data I found Fing and have been able to block and change the polarity enough to watch a movie or listen to music. Thank you Fing.

Karl was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. Although my issues with AutoBlock, Automated Router Vulnerability Checks, and email notifications are still unresolved, I appreciate the time and effort the Fing Support team spent investigating them. I hope a future update will resolve these issues.

Great app. Has a few bugs but nothing much. There customer support is extremly good and fast.

Always respond quickly and handle any request in an appropriate time frame. The Fing application has allowed me to gain control over my network and keep an eye on devices and potential threats.

I would not recommend this. They seem to take your luck get a subscription and being that the services are not being provided. Cancel paid for your subscription service shift ongoing but it has been deactivated and you're trying to contact support you get the runaround. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Another experience I paid for the top-tier subscription and did not get all the settings the app hacked. The network was hack and still nothing changed.

I don't understand why they would lie that you don't need a credit card to access service then two days later even the 'free functions ' such as network monitoring needs premium. Just say outright that fing is only for premium users instead of baiting us. Also the premium subscriptions are extremely expensive for a service that's supposed to be convenient.

Fing responded to my review likely to do damage control. To clarify on what is actually going on from someone who will gain nothing from saying this: fing is free to download but when it comes to using it you have to pay for their services. On the first day I could do a few network monitoring. On the second and third day I could only do one network monitoring scan. Only one. Plus the fing reply contradicts itself by saying network monitoring scan is free yet the one 'i am describing ' is premium. There's only one network monitoring scan. Fing is expensive and bait and switch. We really need better alternatives

Support was timely with useful suggestions. After a few iterations it was determined my Fing desktop software was out of date. Resolution was quick and accurate. Best support I've had in years with a software issue.

Running Fing on Mac, MacBook Air and 2 iPhones. Very happy with monitoring all activities associated with my Network and connectivity, ability to Block, etc.

Every body should have fing it’s the best

I appreciate the quick response. Sadly, it involved no specific information about my account; specifics which would have been more helpful. I reach out to support, generally when I don’t have access to information or functionality that I need to move forward. I got a generic answer that seemed to imply I needed to upgrade my account (which I’d just recently done).

That said, I’ve been using Fing for a lot of years, on a lot of devices. It just made sense that they were part of my network now. This experience aside, I’d still recommend the service.
