This review is about Aaron in the Complaints team only - I was very unhappy with the service I was receiving from FSS and so I wrote up a very lengthy complaint. The day after submitting that complaint I had an email from Aaron and throughout the time that he was assisting me with the complaint and the resolution he was amazing. He listened to my concerns and validated them and went above and beyond to assist me. He is a credit to the company and deserves the highest of praises. I already emailed to thank him but thank you again Aaron for your help because you really helped me out of a very horrible situation.

This is my fourth year with FSS handling my IVA.
They have been very helpful and professional throughout what is a very stressful time.
In my persoanl experience they have always gone the extra mile to try and help and ressolve all my issue's and queries with a satisfactory outcome that works for all party's.
If I found myself in this situation again I would definately explore all other options before settling on an IVA, as for the short term an IVA help's quickly, but longterm it will restrict you.
But this was all worked out and clearly disclosed by FSS at the initial contact.
Yearly reviews can be just as stressful as the inital contact but the staff have always made me feel at ease and helped me along the way.
If you find an IVA is your only option then I can reccomend FSS and would not hesitate in using their services and advice.

I was first contacted by Financial Support Centre Ltd, who introduced me to an IVA. I have since discovered from Companies House records that Financial Support Centre Ltd had been filing dormant accounts during the period when I say they contacted me and referred me for an IVA. Financial Support Centre Ltd and Financial Support Systems shared the same office address in Manchester and had the same directors, which has left me with serious questions about how the businesses operated.

Before my call with Financial Support Systems, I was coached by a woman called Lydia on what to say during the assessment. Looking back, I do not believe I received independent or impartial advice that properly considered my circumstances or explained all of my options.

After I complained and challenged the suitability of the IVA, Financial Support Systems refunded all of the payments I had made between November 2022 and March 2023. Although I cannot speak to their reasons for doing so, it reinforced my concerns that something had gone seriously wrong with the way my case had been handled.

My experience caused me a great deal of stress and financial worry. I would strongly encourage anyone considering an IVA to carry out thorough research, ask for all available debt solutions to be explained, and seek independent advice before signing anything.

Very helpful and affordable service

What makes this company,they don't pull punches you have a debt a financial problem get in contact they will help you sort it out so you can sleep that bit easier nowing that the problem you had is being sorted ? I've been with this company for a couple of years I had financial problems I made the call gave them my details IAM not debt free but I sleep easier now than I did a few years back

Been very good all the way to the end and even more so when there’s more problems they just solve the problems for you definitely recommend them

They have really helped me the past 5 years after getting myself in over 10k debt, they are are when you need them and they are very helpful, so glad to finally finish the process and start all over again.. would definitely recommend anyone who’s struggling with money consider this it’s really help takes all the stress of money away..

The experience of actually being in the IVA itself has been relatively painless. The annual reviews passed without any intrusion or upset and, aside from that I’ve had little to Do with FSS! Any interactions with them have been pleasant and informative.
However , now that my IVA is over and has been for 4 and a half months, my completion certificate is nowhere to be seen!
Apparently they are pending the outcome of a PCP investigation (which is an FCA led activity and ever changing in terms delivery/ conclusion) . It’s been escalated for two weeks but I’ve had no output from that escalation. My advice has been to ‘just wait ‘ ! Very frustrating!
At this rate I’ll have had it showing on my credit file for over 6 and a half years , if not seven !
In my
Opinion, they’ve had 6 years to investigate this and it’s disappointing that the investigation began at the conclusion of my IVA .

Very good support at times

I have been with them for 4 years and in my final year, when you phone the team is very helpful and friendly and sort issues in a timely manner and great service and got me out of a pickle and back on my feet

First agent I spoke to 5 years ago was amazing answered all my questions and explained the process clearly. From there it was smooth sailing had my yearly review. And I finally made my last payment it all went well. Thank you

When I was at my lowest and didnt know who to turn to financial support systems helped me turn my life around and got me back on the right path.
Whilst I wouldn't want to go through an iva again it was very much a necessity where my life was heading financially and fss helped me through it every step of the way, and was lucky to be able to settle two years early due to generous family member but I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help and remember you dont need to suffer, these guys are great.
I recieved my completion certificate 16/06/26 and I can finally move forward again
