I visit fields regularly and always find the customer service very good.
On this occasion I was looking for a gift for my godson and Deborah was able to guide me to the perfect gift. Highly recommend.

I would like to give a special mention to Naomi in the Mahon point store cork who was extremely helpful in sourcing a particular item for a special birthday.
She got what I wanted in from another store especially for me.
She clearly loves and really enjoys what she does.
So helpful could not have done anymore for me she’s a credit to Fields.

I went to fields in the pavilions to buy a cheap watch for an elderly person in a nursing home . I just explained to the girl what I was looking for for she went above and beyond to help and was so friendly I bought two tag watches there before and other bits and I can safely say there was absolutely no difference in the treatment you receive , she had no knowledge of my previous purchases till the last minute when she was processing the sale and asked for my number , so well done to fields

Naomi at Fields in Mahon point Cork was excellent when buying a wedding ring. She was patient, friendly and found me the perfect ring.

Very helpful staff, beautifully presented watch and they removed a strap link while I went to the grocery store nearby. Pleasant transaction. Received a 10% discount for being a returning customer, which was a substantial saving.

This was my second time dealing with Hayleigh in Mahon point. The first was for a Tissot T-race and the second was for wedding anniversary gifts. What I like about this store is that they are very good via email which suits me as I don’t have free time to peruse shops.

I treated myself to a lovely pair of earrings in Fields at Swords Pavillions. I saw them on line. Ryan was very helpful, and interested in helping me with my purchase. Delighted with my earrings. Well done to Ryan and all the team at Fields Swords Pavillions.

I just wanted to sharemy experience and compliment Fields on one of your members of staff, Sinead, in your Athlone branch. 

I only happened to look at the window display, whilst waiting for someone, and she approached me outside and asked if I needed any help. She was professional, polite and well presented. 

Long story short, I purchased a ring, which I had been thinking about for a number of weeks but hadn't seen the one I wanted anywhere.

She took the time to show me various sizes and colours and ordered the exact one I wanted.
(By the way, i dont know this girl and never met her before,  but i do appreciate good manners and excellent customer service).

Purchased a watch online - watch arrived with a Fields bag and bow in the delivery box, which is a great consideration by Fields if giving a gift. Attention to detail was shown by the fact that the correct date and time were set on the watch before it was sent out out - excellent prompt delivery also. Great range and prices also.

Had a great experience in the Galway shop. Amy and the rest of the girls were such a great help to me and were able to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be back!

Met a lovely, helpful girl Sinead in Athlone store.

Bought a bracelet a few months ago. While walking it suddenly fell off my wrist. I was alerted by a friendly passer-by. I went into Fields Dundrum to have this addressed.
There was no question how it happened, just a demand for a 15 euro deposit. I tried to explain a few times this was not accidental damage but in my opinion rather a warranty issue. The ring that keeps the clasp connected to the bracelet must have had a fault. I have two other bracelets on that same wrist, which are still there.
No joy, just a please give us 15 euro and we will send it off to have it looked at. I had a bad feeling which was confirmed when I got a call stating I would need to pay even more to get it repaired. Again, my explanation was not listened to.
Suffice to say I will not hurry back to this shop. A great shame as I have had very positive experiences in the past.
