I contacted Fasthosts regarding a domain forwarding issue on a domain where the forwarding options were not available due to an unused hosting package being attached to the domain.
Nico was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to investigate the issue, confirmed the hosting package was not being used, safely removed the domain association, and added the free web forwarding package for me. He also proactively contacted the cancellations team on my behalf to arrange the cancellation of the no longer required hosting package.
The issue was resolved during the chat, communication was clear, and Nico stayed with the case until everything was working as expected.

I ahve retired and dissolved my company wand wanted to end the company email address subscription. Lester was vey helpful and professional and resolved mu enquiry promptly and without undue fuss. The account verification using a ticket number fromt he website worked well.

Getting through to billing department is a nightmare. I couldn't get through in spite of being on hold for over 10 minutes to try and arrange a payment because the website does not accept a card that expires next month! One department cannot transfer a call to another

Jeff was prfoessional & efficient, understood my issue regarding billing and review of appropriate product packages, and offered and actioned swiftly an agreed solution.

Jefferson Quijano was not helpful. He explained everything very clearly.

Enrico clarified that he had initiated a transfer of the DNS to FastHosts & confirmed how I can check on the dadhboard

I also wish to thank Elsa who hekped me on July 17th but a new problem occurred after my call with her as I have been unable tlo send/receive emails until today [July 22nd] So please convey my thanks to her as well. She guided me as best she could
