Requested paints in international RAL standard color. Recived a completely different color (creme instead of Green RAL 6019). Also after many messages with RAL color examples from all over the world, they insist that have sent the correct color just because on the label there was the correct code !!!! Is Incredible !!!! And now I need to send back the order on my expense to be refund .... No comment

I am super happy with the paint I bought. It is very easy to use. The result looks stunning. The only negative for me was that it took some time for the paint to arrive after ordering, but it was worth the wait.

I don't care about the customer service anymore. I ordered this product because of a Facebook advertisement that made it seem like painting tiles was quick and easy. Little did I know that it is an extremely strong chemical product that makes you dizzy while applying it.

They chose to advertise the product in Denmark, even though I don't believe it complies with Danish legislation regarding consumer information and product marketing. The instructions were only in German, making it impossible for me to understand how to use the product correctly.

Because I couldn't read the instructions, I mixed all of the hardener into the paint. When I later realized my mistake, I contacted the company and simply asked for a small replacement amount so I could finish the job. They refused to help.

Overall, I feel that the advertising was misleading, the safety information and instructions were inadequate for Danish customers, and the company's response when I asked for a reasonable solution was disappointing.

So far I been waiting for my purchase to arrive for almost a month. So don’t use this franchise for a project you like to get done in the near future. Obviously I can’t review the quality of the product 🤷🏼‍♂️

I received the wrong Color and for over 1 week I tried to contact them, but only response is from an AI whats App Robot. It’s unreasonable that it takes that long to response to a complaint.

First, I appreciate the Farben Löwe services, very efficient communication as I would change from 'Matt' to ' Seidenmatt', meanwhile the delivery was fast.
The colour looks great as I expected. The product is for me quite expensive but I would say: I buy more than colour also quality.

Good quality of the product, easy to use with clear instructions. I had no prior experience with painting, yet the result looks really good.

Delivery was quick, the paint did exactly what the advert states. Also when I ordered the wrong type of paint the return was easy and the refund was dealt with very quickly , I definitely will be ordering again.

I ordered the paint from The Netherlands, is was quick delivered and I was happy with the good quality of it.
The old bathtub looks as new!

Speedy delivery of my 3 x 5 liters of buntlack. The paint cans were a bit damaged after delivery Germany -> Sweden, but no more than a cosmetic issue.

They got it done, somehow over the weekend. I am grateful, for the fast and complete answer to my needs.

Quality for a good price!

The products are so good i order everything outside the netherlands at farbenlowe to make good results in the netherlands.

Most used by me is 2k paint for metal. I made a green old opel new again. And a daf Peurple for fun.
The black for many things but the clear coating even much more to save everything!

And the pricing keeps me a too good buyer some times 😉
