I loved the backpack. My only concern was that the buckle on the back was not a buckle but a magnet closing looking like a buckle. The first time I used it, the "buckle" fell off. Fortunately, I saw it on the ground before driving off. Apart from that, its beautiful and holds my laptop as well as the general handbag stuff.

Unfortunately we were not happy with the product. I can say that the turn around time from ordering to delivery was excellent however the product did not live up to the adfvertising. I did read reviews before purchase so expected a higher quality product.
I have written an email and am waiting for a response re return actions noting that we would like a refund.
We will meet all return policy requirements however need for the return to be approved and further instructions are required for us to return the package. Hoping that this email is met with a prompt response

Absolutely blown away by the quality of the leather breifcase.
The smell of genuine leather hit me as soon as I unwrapped the protective plastic covering.
I can't believe it's this good for such an inexpensive price. I even had the my initials stamped on the bag and it looks top quality.
Anither thing that impressed me was the speed at which the bag was delivered to my front door.
All up it took about 1 week and a half to order and receive my bag.

The two bags I ordered one is in silver the metal hardware and the other one is in brass.
I ordered the brass as I took a photo of the bag I was paying for.
I’m hoping to contact the company so that I can get the one with the hardware in brass. Maybe it’s a genuine mistake.

What's not to love about the Leather convertible back pack Isabel in brown. The size is perfect and the color is gorgeous not to mention the quality of the leather. I can't wait to take it on my travels.

Nice looking shoulder bag. Well packed. The tiny key and pretty ordinary lock detract from the quality of the bag.
