I ordered the Gaspard floral bag and 2 belts. The belts are absolutely flawless! They are gorgeous, and fit so well!! I had a question about the fit and they were very responsive and helpful! The customer service is top tier! The purse is so beautiful! I only wish the magnetic clasp was a little easier to use, I have to fiddle with it for a few seconds each time I want it closed. other than that it is great. Thank you Fauvette!

Love my Gaspard purse
I love my new purse! Fauvette keep me informed about what was going on with shipping and even asked me if it had arrived and it had! I have wanted this purse for a long time and it is more beautiful that the pictures, such wonderful craftmanship. It is a present from my husband for my 71st birthday. I love the bags I have already…
I love the bags I have already received. Beautiful leather and everyone comments on the color of the bags. I wish they were slightly larger so I still do carry my checkbook around with me but that is an obstacle I can overcome! Was a little hesitant to order since I am in the US but bags got to me quickly and with no issues.

I love color and leather
I love color and leather! I wish to have more card slots. The shipping was a bit longer. I was willing to pay the customs fee but if need custom fee I wish I pay at front not ups asking for payment it was confusing.

Regarding shipping, your order actually arrived in just 4 days from France to the USA, while the Standard Shipping option selected is estimated at 1–2 weeks.
I'm also sorry that the customs payment was confusing. As a small business, I'm unfortunately unable to collect import duties in advance, but we do mention that customs fees may apply throughout our website to help customers prepare for any additional charges.
