I ordered a few shorts sets from here, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in one of the ones I wanted, was contacted by a lady called Jess to inform me of the situation and was advised of different shorts in the same colour and my size, I received my order within two days of placing it, recommend this company as the quality of the clothing are amazing and customer service is top tier I have since ordered more clothing from here and plan on ordering more as they go above and beyond to make sure there customers are satisfied, highly recommended, thank you for your service

after not receiving my hoodie (it had been lost in transit) i emailed EWO, and within two days the hoodie was here, very quick to reply and very help full, the clothes are very nice fitting and good quality. highly recommend

Absolute 5 star service! I ordered some items for my son, the following morning I had 2 missed calls and a text from the lovely Jess advising me the size I had ordered was out of stock and offering me a different colour! If this was a high street retailer or big online corporate you wouldn’t find out an item was OOS until your parcel arrived with said item missing. I was so surprised with this excellent customer service! I have bought previously, but EWO will definitely be my first port of call in the future! Thank you so much Jess!

Absolutely outstanding and fantastic customer service with this company! I had a sizing issue that was not only resolved but they went out of there way to help and fulfil my needs. the jumper is amazing quality and a really nice fit very true to size i had a bit off a issue with delivery my fault completely but they sent me one out on next day delivery jess was very helpful and all and all a amazing company

Clothing great quality as always had a slight hiccup with delivery and emails not working correctly in which they reached out to me to correct and all the mixup was sorted out very swiftly. Overall a company that actually cares what their customers think and pride themselves on their quality and customer service.

Placed and order for a birthday gift for my son but it was stuck with Royal Mail for around a week. Contacted EWO customer service who were absolutely amazing, they made sure I received the goods in time and my son loved the fit and quality of the clothes and even bought more with his birthday money. They even checked in to see if the replacement had arrived. Would definitely recommend for customer service and quality! Thanks EWO and Jess in particular!
