Everyday Dose is the first product that has been able to consistently help me cleaning up my morning routine! I have been drinking coffee daily for 19 years and have finally made the switch to only mushroom coffee. My gut sensitivities have improved and bloating gone down. The bonus products and service from the company has also been a huge perk.

Shipping and Customer Service Failure
Nothing wrong with the coffee necessarily, but shipping and customer service is a COMPLETE FAILURE.
The shipping company that they selected tried to deliver to an office address on a Sunday morning and instead of redelivering during normal business hours to the office suite specified in the address, they chose to leave the product unattended outside an exterior door to the building in an exposed area.
When I confronted their customer service with this delivery failure they too no responsibility and this was their response:

I completely understand why this experience was frustrating, especially after seeing the delivery photo and finding the package left in an exposed area. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.
I also want to clarify that unfortunately, neither our Customer Service team nor customers are able to choose the carrier that delivers an order. Our system automatically selects the best available carrier based on the delivery location in an effort to provide the fastest and most reliable service possible. Once a package is with the courier, we unfortunately do not have direct control over how or where they leave the package.
Irresponsible!
Update: AGAIN, nobody is forcing you to use a particular carrier. No matter how you try to frame this, YOUR CHOICES impact how YOUR PRODUCT is delivered. You could choose not to work with that shipper or choose not to work with that warehouse. YOU HAVE CHOICES and you made them. Grow up, own up and accept the consequences of YOUR CHOICES.

We just wanted to provide a little clarification regarding the shipping process. At Everyday Dose, we work with a variety of shipping carriers, and the carrier assigned to each order is selected automatically based on factors like the delivery location and shipping service available. Unfortunately, neither our Customer Experience team nor our warehouse is able to manually choose which carrier delivers a specific order.
That said, we completely understand why seeing your package left unattended outside your office was upsetting. While we aren't able to control a carrier's delivery decisions once an order is in transit, that doesn't mean we don't care. We always want to make sure our customers receive their orders safely, and we'd really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further with you.

Found out this a.m. that a subscription order was in process. YIKES! I still have lots of product, thus didn't want nor need anymore. Not sure if the subscription rmdr email didn't hit my inbox or that I missed it. I emailed 'hi@everydaydose.....' & recv'd a quick response. That impressed me, b/c I had a time sensitive issue & reached out just b/4 their hours. Customer Service efforts QUITE timely & proactive. Several back & forth emails in efforts to resolve, but in the end, the issue was rectified & more! I really appreciate the out of the ordinary customer support! I have nothing but good experiences with this company, from the products I have received to the customer service.
I tried other mushroom coffees, and they did not taste nearly as good as Everyday Dose. I am a fan and encourage others to try it. I’ve been drinking this coffee for over 6months now.
My sister-in-law was recently in town and tried it, she said her normal coffee gives her heartburn, and she did not have that issue with this copy at all. She was skeptical because she had tried other mushroom copy that tasted terrible, but enjoyed the taste without creamer or other additives.

Can’t say enough about the customer service I always receive from Everyday Dose! Any time I have reached out to them I get a response within minutes!! Last week I received my order and the outside package was damaged and when I opened it my beloved Everyday Dose was pierced through its packaging and the powder was everywhere. Clearly it happened in transit but when I emailed the company they had a new order on its way the next day!! They couldn’t have been more concerned and obliging!! I love my Dose and the Dose family!! I was completely shocked when I opened my email and saw I had an email from customer service, informing me that my order seemed to be stalled and Everyday Dose was offering to send me a replacement shipment. I thought it was taking a little while, but nothing too out of the ordinary. Rose had a new shipment on the way and it arrived super fast! This coffee is delicious! It’s true, no jitters, no crash, just energy. The taste is comparable to big name coffee that I would normally pay $6-7 a cup for. It mixes very easily and is perfect over ice on a hot day! (It’s been too hot to try it as hot coffee yet, but I already know I’ll love it!!) I’ve found my coffee and feel good about putting something good into my body! Daily Dose is simply the best customer service out there today! I had a problem with an item and so I used my dose points to get another one. When that one came it didn’t work either. So contacted customer service and they took care of me super fast! I got all my points back and an other product that I’m happy to say works perfectly! A product that actually earned my 5 stars
I’ve been drinking Everyday Dose consistently for a few weeks now, and I wanted to wait before leaving a review so I could honestly speak on my experience.
From the very first cup, I enjoyed the taste. As a barista, I appreciate good coffee, and I found it to have a clean, smooth flavor with subtle chocolate notes. I like preparing mine with oat milk, the Everyday Dose Creamer+, and a little caramel, which has become one of my favorite morning rituals.
The biggest difference I’ve noticed has been how I feel throughout the day. My energy feels steady instead of spiking and crashing, my focus has noticeably improved, and I feel more mentally present and relaxed while working. I also feel like my digestion has been moving in a positive direction, and I’ve continued to sleep well at night.
One thing I really appreciate is that I actually look forward to drinking it every morning. It doesn’t feel like taking a supplement—it feels like enjoying a great cup of coffee that also supports my wellness goals.
I also want to recognize the Everyday Dose customer service team. My original order arrived missing part of my shipment, but they responded quickly, communicated with me throughout the process, and made everything right. They went above and beyond to ensure I received everything I was supposed to, and that level of customer care left a lasting impression.
Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience with both the product and the company. If you’re looking for a coffee that tastes good, fits easily into your daily routine, and has become something you genuinely enjoy drinking, I’d definitely recommend giving Everyday Dose a try.
