Generic, thin socks received instead of Nike Jordan socks

I ordered two 5-packs of Men's Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid sneaker socks advertised on Instagram. Instead, I received two five-packs of generic, thin, crappy socks. The interesting thing is that it came from the same sender and address from whom we have been getting dozens of empty mailers that are fake packages, for months now: David LLC at 3646 S. Wolcott Ave., Chicago, IL 60609, among other various made-up names, all of which have fraud complaints in the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We have contacted etercitenal.com support, with no response.

The bags are really good

The bags are really good, however, communication was poor and it took a long time to receive the order - almost a month.
I received a number of emails that the tracking of my parcel had been updated, but it repeatedly reported the exact same information and was always lagging behind when the latest tracking change actually happened. Email might come two days after the change occurred, then would receive another email giving me the same information about 3-4 days later but telling me there was a new update. Nothing new, just the same information with my parcel sitting for a long time going nowhere. Quite frustrating!
