I ordered a special Daytona on EricTime on June 10th. My first order got refunded by PayPal due to EricTime issues with them. My second order on June 10th took about 3weeks. The order process was not good as I was in the dark and had to ask. Got an email saying that order was coming on June 23rd. In July 3rd received my package. Very discreet and the box opening is special. Felt like the real deal. The quality of the watch was excellent. Only dropped 1 star for the process. The Whatsapp support is good and kept me in tune for a while. If you can be patient, you get a real quality product. I will try to get another watch to utilize my discount earned.

I've ordered a GMT Master II "Rootbeer" when The watch arrived, I was surprised by it's superb looking. It was really a 1 : 1 Clone. I have to say, I'm a long time collector of the real thing. The clone I did order, to war in places, I don't want to wear the real thing. So the clone was 100% convincing in appearance. But the big surprise came, by testing the watch on the timegrapher. I couldn't believe it, but the clone was as accurate as a real Rolex, with an accuracy of 1 Sec +/- per day! I only can give 5***** to Eric Time! The watch, Eric did deliver is really s Super Clone, I do enjoy very much!
From my side: Thumbs up 👍 and 100% recommendation!

I can only second that; I also bought something there, and it never arrived. Every attempt to make contact has failed. I would advise everyone against buying from them—there is a 95% chance the goods will never arrive.
Edit: I never received a refund. I had to contact PayPal just to even initiate an inquiry regarding a refund. The final outcome was that they provided PayPal with a bogus tracking number, claiming the package was in transit. Nothing ever arrived at my end. Every attempt to get in touch with you has failed; the only takeaway I have is that I’ve been scammed. I didn't even get my money back.

So I just learned Eric time uses different vendors and depending on that is weather you get response with tracking or no tracking at all. This is what happened this time no tracking and never received item. I learned my lesson never again!!

Update 2 (04.03.26): I wrote to after-sale[at]erictime.com and no-reply[at]erictime.com. I marked both addresses as legitimate in my emails beforehand...and of course I still checked my spam folder. In the meantime, I have also written in the chat as you described, where I only get evasive answers everywhere. You know my order number and therefore my email address. What's the problem with sending an update? Like the colleague below me, it seems that answers are only given on Trustpilot. I just don't understand... 😔 But well, you said you would send the watch again. I'm curious to see how this will continue.
Update: You never informed me about anything. And certainly not that the item was returned and is now being shipped again. That's simply not true. And yes, I wrote to you some days ago and haven't received a reply. I am willing to change my rating myself, but at the moment the whole process does not feel transparent at all. 😔
Erictime.nu is fake! On January 31, I ordered a Rolex under order number #12983. After a while, I received a tracking number, but it only works via 17track. Even 17track is not reliable, as anyone who has used it before knows. In mid-February, I received the first update from 17track that the watch had arrived at the airport in the Netherlands (destination: Germany). When I didn't receive any updates for days, I wrote to Erictime to say that I was surprised that nothing was happening and that I was no longer receiving any updates. I was told that I didn't need to worry, as my DHL tracking number would only be provided once the item had reached Germany. Then, coincidentally, when I complained to Erictime after a month, an update appeared on 17track. The watch was back at the sender's address. I never received any information from DHL... normally, if you are not at home, they leave a note saying that you can pick up the goods at the post office. In this case, I received nothing. The whole thing has cost me a lot of money and time, and the watch never arrived... I don't think it was ever shipped... erictime is not responding to my email or chat messages. I feel cheated... anyone who knows about scammers and 17track knows that the watch was never on its way.

As we previously explained to you, the package was shipped from China to another transit country first. During international shipping, tracking updates normally appear on platforms like 17track while the parcel is in transit. The local courier tracking (such as DHL) is only generated and updated after the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local logistics company. This is standard procedure for international shipments.
Regarding your specific order, the parcel was indeed shipped, but unfortunately it was selected for customs inspection and was subsequently returned by customs to the sender. We already informed you about this situation earlier.
As also explained, once we receive the returned package back on our side, we will arrange a reshipment for you at no additional cost. This process can take some time because international returns must first travel back through the logistics network before we can resend the item.

UPDATE: Erictime reply is completely false. My WISE payment details as follows - Erictime - if you were asleep at the switch during Chinese New Year just say so but don't pretend you didn't receive the payment because you did. I recommend extreme caution to anyone sending funds. If they correct the issue and refund or send the product I will update. As it stands, they have taken my money and not delivered the product and then delivered a false narrative on this review reply.

If the company responds to me via this forum then I will consider changing my rating and experience.
It's a shame because I ordered one product with the hope of ordering many more subject to having a good experience. My experience has been quite the opposite and completely negative.

In many cases, especially with mechanical chronograph models, customers who are not familiar with how they operate may mistakenly believe the watch is defective. For example, if the chronograph is not reset correctly, the second hand can appear to be “stuck” at 12. This is usually a usage or setting issue rather than a mechanical failure.
