Erbology's Organic Black Garlic Liquid Extract is dark, rich and delicious and I honestly look forwards to taking the daily drops, even sneaking a few more than I should.

I have sofar used their Organic Virgin Olive Oil, Grass Powders, and Black seed oil. All products of absolute highest quality and freshness!! Logistics/shipping also first rate.

Great product, quality oil. FedEx ruined the delivery, but Victor from Erbology followed up immediately and resolved the whole issue. Excellent customer services

I've ordered a couple of times from Erbology and have been impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of products.
I was kept up to date with emails all along ordering and waiting for delivery.
Some of the items I ordered weren't quite to my taste although there was nothing actually wrong with them.
I've had several flavours of the crackers, they all had a nice crisp snap to them but the flavours didn't seem to be as interesting as I was hoping.
As I say, there was nothing wrong with them just not what i was hoping for.
I also had the selection of 3 types of granola.
All 3 flavours where nice. The fruity ones in particular and the buckwheat base gave them a nice earthy flavour.
I wasn't keen on the texture and would've preferred a more typical cluster rather than the broken sheets which they come as.
This is again,just a personal preference and the product was perfectly fine.

I love to try different interesting foods particularly foods you don't see elsewhere and so I'm very happy to have tried what I've had

I'm not sure of the dates I've ordered so have guessamated that.

Consistent high quality products over the years I have been a customer and excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with my order and they rectified it immediately - above my expectations given the scenario.

I have been ordering my powders and mushrooms from Erbology for over a year now. I am particular about where ingredients are sourced from, and Erbology does this well. They have a variety of powders and mushrooms to choose from, and have brought new items to their website since I have been ordering. They give a good description on their website about the benefits of each powder/mushroom, as well as show research articles. I like to use them in my morning protein smoothie. I have never had an issue with shipping, and the quality of the products have arrived fresh. #grateful

Terrible company to deal with. I would recommend looking at all the other 1 star reviews as their customer service is absolutely shocking, (that’s when/if they actually decide to get back to you). There is no transparency at all and customer retention is obviously not high on their agenda as a company. I will take my business where it is appreciated!
***Update to your reply below*** You sent me a personalised discount code to my email saying ‘we’ve missed you’ here is a discount code to ‘come back’ and to use on my next order! Hence the reason I ordered again. It is false advertising and misleading to give customers discount codes to incentivise them to reorder again and then don’t allow them to use it! Don’t try and gaslight me please and make out like I’m the one in the wrong with this, it is an extremely underhanded and skullduggery way to do business! I’ll wait for your next response…..

I placed an order via Amazon. Unfortunately the wrong sized product was sent. I raised a query and the correct product was sent the following day and received the next. It’s nice to that there are still businesses who deal with customer queries quickly and with no fuss. Despite the mistake I’ll be very happy to buy from Erbolgy again.

A little disappointed that you seem to have switched to using Fed-Ex, which I assume is the reason for the unsustainable packaging. My items were all wrapped in bubble wrap, which I can at least recycle at a supermarket, but the whole box was wrapped in white plastic, which seemed unnecessary. Other companies use paper padding and environmentally friendly tape etc. I think this would suit your brand more.

I ordered the products I wanted and total came over 160
not including tax and later found out that if you spend over a certain amount, you get a free product. Well, I reached out to Victor at customer service and he was very accommodating and assured me that I would get the free product. Thanks Victor
