I recently bought an electric bike…

I recently bought an electric bike Alegro Fold pro, everything came very quickly, I made an order and in 12 hours the bike was at my door, the staff answered any of my questions quickly and helped me with everything, I recommend these guys for the speed of delivery and wonderful service

Quick responses and easy to contact

There was an issue with stock on my order but the customer support was very easy to contact and got back to me right away. I was given multiple possible solutions right away. Can't fault the customer service at all.

Perfect experience
