On April 9, 2026, I ordered and paid for a guitar strap @Epivo.de. I received an order confirmation, but the product never arrived—today, June 24, 2026. Three emails later, there was never a single response. This strap cost €64.90. I feel robbed! Spread the word. In the meantime, I found identical experiences from other customers on other forums. 2,5 month later..
