Honestly, I’m really happy with my experience at Elithair. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Balwi and his team were kind, professional, and very supportive throughout the whole process. I was a little nervous at first, but their friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt I was in good hands. I’m grateful to the entire team for making this experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend Elithair to anyone considering a hair transplant!

From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. The team were incredibly professional, welcoming and attentive, making what could have been quite a daunting experience feel comfortable and stress-free.

The transfers to the clinic were always fast, the hotel (Elitoria) was super relaxing and I felt like the priority focus was only on a healthy recovery.

The organisation, communication and level of care throughout the procedure were excellent. Everyone involved made sure I felt looked after, supported and reassured every step of the way.

If you're considering a hair transplant, I'd highly recommend giving Elithair serious consideration. Five stars from me ⭐️

From the moment I landed in Istanbul, the entire experience with Elithair | Dr. Balwi was nothing short of exceptional!

From the VIP airport transfers to the stunning five-star hotel accommodation, every single detail was taken care of. I genuinely felt like a VIP from start to finish.

Walking into the clinic, I was blown away by the professionalism, cleanliness and atmosphere. Every member of staff made me feel welcome, comfortable and completely at ease. What really impressed me was the level of care and attention throughout the procedure, with different medical professionals looking after me at every stage.

I underwent a major hair transplant procedure, and something I was initially nervous about turned into an incredibly positive experience. I was even sedated for the initial part, which made the whole experience so much easier. I personally found the treatment painless!

As a content creator, I’ve been documenting my entire journey, and I can genuinely say the experience has exceeded my expectations. My son Leo came along to help film everything, and the team made us both feel so welcome.

For me, this isn’t just about getting my hair back. It’s about confidence, self-belief and taking that next step towards becoming the best version of myself.

The results will take months to develop, but the experience itself has already earned five stars.

A massive thank you to Dr. Balwi and the entire Elithair team for making what could have been a daunting experience something I’ll never forget.

My experience with Elit Hair was fantastic from start to finish. The team was excellent throughout the entire process, from the initial discussions and planning to arranging my airport pickup and transport to the clinic.

On the day of the procedure, everything ran smoothly and professionally. The scans were carried out efficiently, the consultation with the doctor was thorough, and the entire transplant team was outstanding. Everyone made me feel comfortable, well-informed, and in safe hands throughout the procedure.

The hotel accommodation was also fantastic, adding to an already excellent experience and making the whole trip stress-free.

Really happy with my experience with Elithair so far. From the first minute, the staff were professional, friendly and very welcoming. The hospitality was great and they explained everything to me step by step, so I always knew what was happening.

The hair transplant itself went really well and was basically pain-free for me, even the anesthesia. The team during the operation was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout.

Everyone was very supportive and helpful, and I felt well looked after the whole time.

Even now, everyone who sees me says that it already looks very good, which makes me even more excited about the final result. I’m really looking forward to seeing how my hair grows over the coming months, and I’m sure the final result will look great.

So far, I’m very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Elithair!

Can’t put into words how professional Elithair are, I was truly taken care of. Operation was fast and extremely high quality. I’m super happy with the results.

What can I say about Elithair clinic.. Simply amazing. I'm 4 and a half months post op (went for a hair transplant) and everything was straightforward and professional and the staff were very warm and welcoming (especially Sali, the translator). I was super nervous about this procedure but a family member who has gone through the same experience recommended this clinic to me and I'm really glad I took his advice:)

The only good parts were the hotel and the easy pick up/drop offs, the actual procedure (hair transplant 18months ago now for me) is debatably worse than when before I went, I'd avoid if your going for any hair procedures... wasted 3.5k. the date of my experience is wrong in this review as it wont let you go any further back than 1 year which is suspicious within itself, ive tried to contact them multiple times with no responses.

Cannot fault the service from start to finish, the aftercare when you get back home is A1.

Really great experience, we didn’t have to worry about anything. From getting picked up at the airport to the clinic was an easy process. The hair transplant came out so good and it was everything we dreamed of.

I had heard from friends and acquaintances that Elithair was really good, but to be honest, I was quite sceptical at first.

However, from the moment I arrived in Istanbul, I started to feel more and more comfortable. Everything was well organised, and the experience kept getting better.

The hotel and the clinic are both excellent. Everything is very hygienic and clean, and the service is great. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and professional, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.

So, based on my own experience, I would definitely say: go and experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

PS: This review is not for my hair growth yet, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

قبل دفع الـ Deposit كان التواصل والرد موجودين. لكن بمجرد أن طلبت إلغاء الإجراء واسترجاع أموالي، أصبح الحصول على رد منهم شبه مستحيل.

أخذ المال سهل، لكن الاحتراف الحقيقي يظهر عندما يطلب العميل استرجاع ماله.

حتى الآن: لا استرجاع للمبلغ، لا حل واضح، والتواصل سيئ جدًا.

Before paying the deposit, communication was quick and easy. The moment I requested to cancel and get my money back, getting a proper response became almost impossible.

Taking a customer’s money is easy. Real professionalism is shown when that customer asks for their money back.

So far: no refund, no clear resolution, and extremely poor communication.

This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Elite Hair’s customer servic
e. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend them.

If they refund my money and resolve the issue, I will update this review.

I’d been losing my hair since my mid 20s and had always found ways of growing it/manipulating it into certain ways that hid the thinning areas. Couldn’t do it anymore, felt utterly embarrassed about the way I looked and knew that I either shaved it all off or seriously looked at a transplant. Did my research, was priced out of any treatment in the UK so started exploring options abroad. As soon as I found Elit, I didn’t bother looking elsewhere. All of the positive reviews are 100% true. Right from the start of enquiring, I felt supported and encouraged by what I was being told. The contact did feel a little strange at first as it was all through WhatsApp but it is totally legit.
I had numerous phone calls and WhatsApp conversations, they were never pushy, always had a really clear answer for any questions I had about the process, accommodation, price etc. I have a huge phobia of needles which is the main reason I put this off for so long but this whole process has massively helped to get over that, even if it’s just a little bit.
As soon as I booked my flights and sent them confirmation, they did the rest. I was picked up straight from the airport in a lovely air conditioned vehicle, taken straight to the clinic where the whole process was once again explained by a brilliant translator. The blood test was the scariest bit of the whole thing haha! But I was never made to feel stupid or silly, again I was supported through this and told to take my time. Once all the checks had been done and I’d spoken to the surgeon, I was shown to my room for the night (very comfortable and clean). I had a little explore of the local area and got a bite to eat before my fasting began, then I got a wake up call in the morning just before surgery.
At this point, it’s probably worth stating that I was extremely nervous but the calmness and professionalism of the team once again made me feel at ease. The IV was again the worst bit but that’s because of my phobia (it wasn’t even that bad). I was asleep before I knew it - another big selling point! All of the numbing took place when I was asleep and they woke me up to check that I couldn’t feel anything. The extractions took 3 hours, then I had a bit of lunch before the follicles were put back in which took around 6 hours. There was a lovely view out of the window and I was also given the option to go on my phone, listen to music, etc. During the whole 9 hours, only once did I ask for a bit more numbing to be given as I was starting to regain some sensation but no pain. I didn’t feel anything pain whatsoever during the whole procedure.
The aftercare was superb too. Lovely bit of food afterwards and time to relax in the room. I was then checked over and given medications the following day, as well as plenty more opportunities to ask questions but I didn’t need to as everything was explained so clearly. I was then taken back to the airport ready for my flight home.
Its now nearly 16 months on from the treatment and I can honestly say I’ve never been happier. I may go back again just to have a bit more work done on my crown as it looked like Harry Hill’s head before I went, now it just looks like I’m starting to thin a little in the area but I’m not desperate to do it and there’s more there now than I expected anyway! I kept up to date with photos for the warranty and had access to follow up conversations if needed. The swelling does hurt slightly in the week afterwards but it’s no more than a normal headache and goes fairly quickly with paracetamol. I did the whole ‘oh it hasn’t worked’ thing after 6 months but be patient, it will.
Couldn’t recommend the whole thing more, completely changed my life and at a very affordable price.

Note - Had the treatment done April 2025 but Trustpilot will only allow reviews within 12 months.

The whole experience has been great. The professionalism of everyone I contacted from ElitHair greatly impressed me. The surgery was painless and had no issues with swelling. The after care specialist is very responsive and helpful. The staff and technicians were very caring and cooperative. I am so glad that I chose Elithair!
