Too long time for intervention
Issue was i. Configuration of paramaters, techician come a first time, he affirmed that problem was in the elctrical board, when he came back, he changed the board, the system dont run again, then he used again the old one, he understood that problem was in configuration (the set-up was in ⁰F not in ⁰C) , maintain the old board , and get out. I asked if i had sometingh to sign, no no, when it arrived the intervention sheet, there was indication that the problem was in the board, that it was replaced...

After 3 uses the dishwasher pump broke and it doesn’t clean very thoroughly.

Our dishwasher started leaking about a month ago, things seemed so straightforward setting up the appointment for a technician to come, but when we discovered the dishwasher was irreparable it was incredibly confusing. No one contacted us, and it wasn’t clear who we needed to contact (it shouldn’t be the customers responsibility to contact the company in this situation). After many emails and phone calls we got our money back but I again had to track down the discount code I was promised for a new dishwasher (again, the customer shouldn’t have to do this). After purchasing a new dishwasher, I thought that the delivery would be easy after receiving emails and phone calls to confirm the delivery time, but our dishwasher arrived 3 hours after the agreed delivery period. We selected 9-13 and it arrived at 16. Again, we had to call to understand what was going on. No one notified us. In the end I only received an email confirming delivery, saying our dishwasher was delivered today “as agreed”. As agreed?? I don’t think so. Not even an apology for the delayed delivery. You really need to work on the organization of your outsourced companies, especially with communication and customer service. Very disappointing.

The contact through every step of the purchase was five star. The delivery was exactly as required with the service excellent. I would definitely recommend the company and product.

I'm satisfied with the product I purchased, but delivery (late) and installation (paid for but not carried out) were unsatisfactory. I have had no response to my letter of complaint requesting a refund of payment for installation. This is the second occasion that I have found their customer service to be poor.

Delivery drivers were on time and brought the dishwasher inside and put it in our kitchen. They took the old one away. They notified us before they arrived. Everything was done just as it was promised.
