BEWARE - SCAMMERS
Order took months to arrive, quality is terrible, return have to be to sent to Canada which cost me EUR 51 (total value of 2 x dresses is EUR 100)
Now they are arguing with me over my Sendungsnummer and refusing to give me a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

The Shoes went Broken on the First Use. The Quality was so that would be better to walk Barefoot.. they also came from China. and the sending back was crazy i filled a page on the homepage for to get an email of sending them back. i never got any Email. and then i got answers after sending back had expired that sorry but now its not Possible anymore.

POOR QUALITY!
The seams were unfinished, and the fabric was completely see-through. I wanted to return the dress after the 14-day window due to these serious defects, but they were completely unaccommodating and offered no solution. I have never experienced such poor service and such callousness. I am seriously considering taking legal action against them.
Below this review they said that they’d send an e-mail to me but they never did.

If I could give less than one star I would. Biggest SCAM. The clothes don’t cost even 5 euro worth. Extremely bad quality. The returns are to Canada to a person called Frank. No second names. The company is not even from Berlin ! It’s all a scam. STAY AWAY !

This company is a scam. Their website claims you can return goods for free to an address in Germany, but when you try to do so, they want you to send the goods to Canada at your own expense!
Do not be swayed by some positive reviews. The company offers customers incentives and refunds to write positive reviews.

A truly terrible experience. They are a drop shipper from China.

It took weeks to have the goods delivered which were of poor quality, so when I rejected them I expected a prompt to refund but had to wait months as the shipment was either redelivered back to China or to a European generic drop shipper am I still haven't received a refund despite chasing every day.

I can't absolutely confirm this but given the nature of the email so I also suspect that they use AI to respond to customers in a very naturalized way, as the names and associated email addresses of customer service differ.

I'm incredibly disappointed and would never use them again.

Charging more for cheap quality you can find elsewhere on internet for cheaper. Difficult and expensive to return items (registered mail to Canada). Never got refunded what I was promised. Offered fake incentives to leave a good review and immediately got a mail after I left a good review saying I was "too late" to receive anything.

Untrustworthy website.
As soon as I had purchased, I received an email from them saying they would refund my whole order if I wrote a trustpilot review - I did not do this, as I hadn't received anything yet (and I also didn't believe they would refund me!)
The items came and I found the material to not be the quality I expected. I followed the return instructions on the website including sending it to the specific address given and tracking the package, which states it was returned to them, but I have not received a refund. I emailed to follow up and have been back and forthing with what feels like AI which has an answer for everything yet no solution and really not saying anything except a lot of excuses why there can't be a refund and why I have to keep jumping through hoops even though I'm able to provide evidence of each step they ask for. I would beware!

Sizes to small and sending them back is terrible!!!!!!

SCAM absolute SCAM! use PAYPAL to get a REFUND!!!! stay aware, don't buy anything from here, at first they appear to be a brand based in Germany, which they're not cause the shipping takes ages, then they say we'll offer you a 100% cashback when you write a good review on trustpilot but guess what you weren't fast enough, then you get a coupon for one of their products, the shoe I ordered arrived damaged and without a box, which shoes get shipped without a box? when you ask for a refund they offer you a partial refund with a coupon too, when you ask for full refund you have to ship it to Canada which is more expensive than the product, knowing they wrote in their page that they have a German warehouse, absolute bull stay away from this, thanks PayPal refunding me and saving me from this scam

The delivery was smooth, and the customer service was so helpful as I wanted return the item for a different size.
Also the product has a good quality.

They engaged very fast and helped me kindly.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes it took 3 weeks to get them, without a box, just some foil around, the shoes have KINKS in the leather becaus of this. the photographs are not like the shoes, of course similar, but the heals are chepest plastic, shiny.. on the photogaphs it looked like some good natural material... sending back the shoes is to CANADA, this is really bad, because the whole page looks german is called eichborn-berlin, and then you have to send it to canada... even when the shoes have kinks... very bad shop...

Style and easy to order

The boots were nice and when they arrived they were a bit too big. The change process was quite easy and got the right size easily.
