Two Orders, Two Delivery Failures – Finally got it

I am so happy with customer service and products of this company and after all the things happened I recommend it.
Update (3 August 2026): I finally received my order. Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering large items for delivery outside Germany due to the shipping issues I encountered.
Review:
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.
My first order was delayed for so long that I eventually had to cancel it, return the delivered packages, and wait for a refund. Despite that, I decided to give the company another chance because the products themselves have excellent reviews.
Unfortunately, the exact same problem happened again. The large package has now been shipped twice, and both times GLS marked it as delivered to an unknown recipient (“ovb BNI”), even though I never received it.
At this point, I have spent weeks dealing with delays, missing packages, investigations, cancellations, refunds, and replacement shipments instead of simply receiving the product I paid for.
The products may be excellent, but using such an unreliable delivery partner completely ruins the customer experience. Customers deserve better than spending weeks chasing missing parcels. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its choice of carrier.
To make matters even worse, this bed was for my 2 years old daughter, who has been excitedly waiting for her new bed. It has been very disappointing to have to keep telling her that it still hasn’t arrived.

Very solution oriented customer support
I ordered a bed from Ehrenkind but when the bed arrived, there were some damage on one of the items caused by the delivery company. Ehrenkind customer support was very helpful, offered me multiple solutions and resolved my problem quickly.

Cosy baby shoes for Autumn days
I have bought Baby-Walkschuhe in Dunkelblau size 21/22 for my 11 month old son and they fit perfectly. There are some extra room left but it is exactly what I was looking for, so his feet are not restricted and can grow a bit more. Quality is good, feels hand made and delivery was easy and fast.

Great products and great service
Each year I buy my daughter the wool jacket, it looks amazing and she wears it each winter.
We also bought the shelves/drawers and the Montessori bed from Ehrenkind. The quality of each product is implacable and looks really cool!
