Negative experience(
I am sharing my personal experience with ecoTech Solar.
I placed and paid for my order on January 31. The stated shipping time at the moment of purchase was 7-9 business days. After that, the delivery timeframe was postponed three times.
When I informed the company that I would wait until the date they provided but would cancel the order if it was not shipped, I did not receive responses to my emails for more than a week. I also attempted to contact them through the website chat without success.
The order was cancelled and the refund was processed only after I informed them that I would initiate a chargeback procedure with my bank. The refund was completed within two days after that notice.
Based on this experience, communication and reliability did not meet my expectations. I would personally hesitate to rely on this seller in situations where timely support or warranty service might be important.
