Excellent service from Eco Pet Parcel. My dog loves their peanut butter turtles! When i checked out there was a box to add my dogs name, when my order arrived Eco Pet Parcel had written my dog a little message! It was so lovely for them to add a personalised touch to my order. Thank you! 😊

Always fast delivery, sends a whatsapp message when you have ordered to keep you updated which is brilliant. My 4 month old spaniel LOVES the yak chew!! she always tried to eat the seatbelt when in the car, or anything she could get her mouth on. Now the yak keeps her settled for the car journey. She’s gone through two in the span of a month and a bit.

We’ve brought a few orders from here now, they always come on time and we’ve never had any problems. They are reasonably priced compared to most shops ect . Would highly recommend

A great company all round. We ordered a selection of treats which our dog loves. Yet to try the toys but they look quite robust and will hopefully last longer than her other toys. The nose and paw balm is also great quality. Would highly recommend this company.

The experience of the company is it a great one as they pay attention to your order and write a note to your fur baby with inside your box or boxes. They are missing is that everything is loose in the parcel and often you have to count. And sometimes it’s not very helpful when it’s a split part shared with another. They send no extra bags or something to put the choosing so the other person can take there buys from your parcel because often you buy with another person because of the postage is too much especially if you’re ordering regularly
