Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry that the cancellation affected your plans and caused disappointment.
The venue informed us the day before that, due to an unexpected staffing issue, they could no longer host the event. We were unable to arrange a suitable alternative at such short notice.
As soon as we were notified, we contacted all attendees, cancelled the bookings and shared an update on social media. This was a free event provided by EB IT Support for the Boston business community. If the event had been a paid one, a full refund would have been issued.
I appreciate that the cancellation was still inconvenient, and we apologise for the short notice. We hope you’ll consider joining us at a future event, where we’ll do our best to provide the welcoming and worthwhile networking experience intended.

EB IT Support Ltd. Fully tested and serviced my laptop before notifying me that it was ready for collection.
I received a full report detailing what process was followed to diagnose the problem, how it was fixed and a report of how to prolong my laptops life.
Excellent service and extremely good value.
