The website and virtual tour was both informative and gave you a clear idear how the fires looked working.
We went to the showroom and all the members of staff were polite, friendly, helpful and professional .
We purchased the Runswick fire. We are extremely pleased with it in every way.

Took longer to arrive than advertised by two days but was perfect when opened

The actual electric fire seems good quality but... the original advertisement quoted 'next day delivery'. The actual delivery time was - ordered on the 6th June and delivered on July 14th. They also sent a chrome finish when I ordered a brass finish?
On the positive side, they did give me a £10 off (hopefully) the spacer that I had to order as the fire didn't fit the surround perfectly.

The service was excellent especialy the driver,the fire is still in the box as im waiting on work been done.

Ordering easy, delivery on time, fire as advertised. Only issue was the fire box did not line up with predrilled holes.

Item arrived quicker than expected. Looks amazing and was fairly ok to build on my own as an older woman. The only difficulty was attachinG the back panel to the mantel as the screws are small and fiddly and there’s no preset marking on the Mattel which would have helped. Other than that it’s a lovely piece.

Phoned company regarding ordering the wall mounted electric fire . The young lady who answered was extremely helpful and wentbb vi out of her way to make sure the order online went thru successful and smoothly which it certainly did . The delivery company had an issue meaning delivery was delayed by a couple of days . When fire arrived all was good easy installation and works great

A good range of Fires, at a very good price. We Found a wall mounted fire at a very reasonable price, spoke to a person at endever fires and lady explained the ordering process. Ordered fire on line, which was very easy, on the Tuesday morning and the fire was delivered to us on the Wednesday morning, excellent delivery service. My wife and I put the fire together Which was very well packaged, and mounted it onto the wall in a couple of hours, it was quite easy to do. Fire is excellent with different flame colours to choose from. Great service from Endeavour Fires and can recommend this company.

The first we have is great just what we wanted but my reason for the feedback is the excellent after sales service.
We all know nothing is guaranteed even new but what makes a good seller is how do they deal with a fault.
I have to say they dealt with the fault with no hesitation and replaced within 24 hrs that makes a good impression so a big thank you

Great looking fire at very reasonable price..not sure how warm it is yet as it's been to warm to put on . But it looks great!
