Furniture was not correctly delivered to my front door,and customer service refused to help me resolve the issue even though I offered to share any additional costs for a correct delivery .

No refund until asked and bad quality
The quality of the muslin sheet was disappointing and had little fussiness all over it. I returned the item, and according to the tracking, they received it on the 22.6. However, they still hadn’t processed my return or refund until today the 8.7, and I had to contact customer service myself to ask about it. Overall, the product quality and the return process left me dissatisfied.

Very poor service, still no delivery and no follow up froom Emiza
My order has not been followed up. I was supposed to be delivered a week ago- Eminza do not communicate and do not reply by email a their customer service line. I had to call via a french number to hear that the order is in the warehouse and they should contact me for delivery.... still no news from the delivery company. This is a joke!!! Poor company and very poor service-
