We’re sorry your experience wasn’t positive. However, we clearly advised you that some countries require the printed version, which you chose not to follow.
We also offer a full refund if the document is officially rejected. We contacted you requesting your order details to investigate the issue, but received no response.
Calling our service a “scam” without providing any order or rejection details is therefore unfair. We remain ready to investigate and resolve the matter.

IDPA responded to my request for an international driver's permit quickly. I had the electronic copy in minutes, and the paper copy followed shortly after. Ruby did a great job responding to my questions and correcting one mistake I made in the shipping address. She also followed up with the shipping company to make sure that the permit arrived at the destination correctly and was held there until I could pick it up.
