IDPA responded to my request for an international driver's permit quickly. I had the electronic copy in minutes, and the paper copy followed shortly after. Ruby did a great job responding to my questions and correcting one mistake I made in the shipping address. She also followed up with the shipping company to make sure that the permit arrived at the destination correctly and was held there until I could pick it up.

Was very fast and efficient. We were tired from running around i. N airport. Glad went fast

I decided last minute to rent a car on my trip to Italy next week so I was looking for a way to get an international driving permit very quickly. I ordered the digital option but then read that Italy only accepts the hard company. I contacted the company and Rubi was very helpful in getting a hard copy shipped to my hotel in Italy so that it would be waiting to me! Customer service s was TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend.

The customer service is amazing. I had a problem with the address and they are so fast through WhatsApp. I was very surprised at the level of customer service. Well spoken, responsive, and fixed the issue immediately. I was helped by a lady named Rubi, bravo to her for her service and attention to details.
