Charged twice for postage of one parcel
I have no issue with the products. My disappointment is with the delivery. I ordered two different items and you charged me on both occasions for postal delivery, yet you sent them as one parcel. Therefore I should have only been charged €6 once

We did notice this and we instead upgraded your order.
You ordered B Grade Vanilla pods, if you look at the label on what we sent its Gourmet Grade which usually cost 50% more so it was a substantial upgrade we gave you.
Often customers might order and don't want to pay a postage a second time so will email us and we send them seperate payment link but its up to the customer to request this.

The company was recommended by Irish Mammy Cooks and I ordered vanilla pods. A clear simple on line shopping experience, the process was very easy and I got an email that the order was being processed. Within a couple of days the parcel containing said vanilla pods came by post. Just as quickly the vanilla essence was prepared ....all i have to be now is patient while it develops!
