Great experience so far with the customer service team. I have just received my aligners and waiting for the cleats application appointment. I had a very pleasant call today with Mathis, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and fulfilled my requests in record time. On top of that he made the effort to speak to me in English, since I am not a French speaker. Thank you Mathis. I am looking forward to start my treatment and I am happy to have the Dr Smile team with me on this journey.

American living in France and started the Dr. Smile treatment in 2023. All has gone well so far and I'm finding the customer service pretty good. I lost my last retainer and called customer service - no questions asked they replaced it cost free. For my issues, which is mostly crowding, these retainers are great.

Today I went to the dentist and she put me the strips that are super visible so the invisible braces are now useless because everyone can see them and I also had to pay 200 euro cash outside of the installments.

DrSmile is a scam . They don’t know the exact method to solve teeth problems. I did my treatment with them. I’m really disappointed. After completed my first treatment with all payments and all requirements. The upper teeth start losing their place within a week . It’s miserable. After complaining they send more two months treatment but after that no progress. Still the problem remains. Same after completing within a day they became same again. My doctor said me that DrSmile is doing wrong all the time with a lot of people so you are not the first and only one . He said stop right now and choice someone else with best knowledge and understanding. He said it will cost you more . It’s pathetic. Therefore I decided to file a case against DrSmile . If anyone wants to join me please reply me . Hence we’ll able to stop this nonsense and claim our money back . I lost the strength of my teeth with this treatment. I can’t chew because of this so called treatment.

Dr Smile fixed my teeth in the front in such a way that I cannot chew properly. This began in about week 4 and has continued on for over a year now, after proposing and completing 3 'refinements' to fix the problem, the problem is still not fixed, nor can they fix it. Their customer service doesn't reply to you when you have a problem or their replies are weeks apart, and when it comes to solving the problem it's like arguing with a pigeon. they insist since the teeth look like the picture it's not their fault. Avoid this company at all costs it is awful. just don't do it. learn to love your slightly crooked teeth, anything beyond that is just not for them. I bet though they reply to this review much much faster than to my genuine complaint. Hahaha yes they replied within one day below but I Have received nothing from them. Very very deceitful organisation, stay away.

Great experience, the doc was sympathic and we had a nice conversation.

After having braces when I was young, my teeth are mostly straight except my bottom two incisors overlapping due to the growth of my wisdom teeth a few years ago. I was expecting a simple or medium treatment costing 1600 or 2500 minus 350 for the black friday promotion

When I got the quotation I discovered :

1/ DR SMILE was charging me a base fare of 2900 for a 6 month duration treatment with 12 aligners. When the same duration, with the same number of aligners was advertised at 2500 on their home page !!!

2/ DR SMILE was requesting me to remove enamel from 8 teeth ! Without alternative and forcing me to pay an extra 200 euros

3/ DR SMILE was not garanteeing the results are maintained over time if I didn't pay an extra 450 euros

Total price, with promotion included, 3100 euros. Way over the face value advertised at 1300-2200 ! And every comment I made to my contact regarding price, complexity, enamel stripping and the lack of justification of price difference between the home page and my quotation was heard albeit never taken in consideration

I regret spending 90e for the initial scanner and feel abused by false advertising

Dr Smile has been so easy to work with. The appointments and treatment plans are well designed and explained, and everything was sent very quickly.

Dr Smile will cost you between €2500+ depending on your problems and I thought it was great value for money. The dentist I went to was A* however, customer service & their financial company Service Carecapital are the worst. I signed up in July received the product (comes very well packaged) in August. I didn't open it but I (own decision) went back to the dentist with my retainer to ensure it was perfect. Dr Smile had sent the wrong product so my dentist called customer service and they said they would send the correct product - etc and to throw the wrong ones away- heard nothing. No retainer sent only after several emails and calls to Dr Smile - and again today it is the same wrong product! The worst is they have sent me 2 letters wanting payment - really for the wrong product?? So now I have requested they collect both wrong products - clear indication of how poor their internal communication is - how can you make an order wrong - twice??

They are not very transparent about all the costs involved and also about how many times you will have to see a dentist (and pay for it) during the treatment, so be careful and check everything before signing in.
They announce discounts all over social media, but you need to claim many times before you get it.
Customer service takes several days to answer any questions via the app.
The product is good, but customer service after you sign in, is very poor, so I would not recommend it to anybody.

Easy to install. Easy to pay in installments. Great results.

So satisfied with the level of service of Dr Smile. I thought it would be impossible to fix my teeth but the efficiency and the quickness I’ve experienced with them has left me feeling hopeful. I can’t wait to share my results!
