Unfortunately for me after transferring…
Unfortunately for me after transferring some of my SMSF account into Digital Surge $30,000, one week later the account was locked due to Digital Surge having transferred $30 Million dollars over to FTX accounts, and that was obviously a bed investment on their part.
Hopefully now that ASIC is changing the LAW and making all crypto exchanges hold a Financial Services License this will hep customers in the future in stopping unscrupulous exchanges from mishandling company funds

Digital Surge Scam
100% a scan, fully verifying and still can't withdraw crypto is a major red flag. The excuse "due to compliance there needs to be activity on the account" ok, show me compliance documentation from the federal government that explains this? Not Digital Surge documentation, offical government documentation.
What you are doing is taking peoples money using sign up bonuses, then taking peoples actual deposits. Is the sign up bonus real?
Then when you sell the assets to withdraw, you can't because of 2fa.
If you aren't a scam, then prove it, don't apologise, but prove it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite my account being fully verified, the compliance team denied crypto send functionality without providing any specific reason. I received a vague suggestion to reapply after 30 more days of activity, which feels like an unnecessary delay and a waste of time.
The process lacked transparency and professionalism. There was no clear communication or justification for the restriction, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. I’m sharing this experience to help others be aware of the unclear policies and poor customer handling I encountered.
