Fast Response
Well, actually the injectors were sent very fast, almost the next day. Super. What was unfortunate, the master mechanic after 4 hours of replacement and work, announced the injectors not code able. I am not sure if they have done something wrong in coding or if the injectors were really not Ok. I still give 5 stars to this shop, because they responded immediately, they returned the payment very fast, and their response of assistance was also correct.

Poor customer service experience
Fit injector, 30 minutes and it failed. Customer support very dismisive, obstructive and unhelpfull. I eventually had to send the failed injector back at my own expense (€20) inorder to get a refund. I got a refund eventually but not the €20 post. The vehicle in question ended up being off the road for more than 2 weeks as a result of all this.
Really not fair when it want my fault. I have used them quite a few times in the past but this is the last time. They need to sort out the attitude of their customer support staff. In my case she was called Maria.
