Excellent service
I completed the order form and waited for a reply. Unfortunately the automated system failed, however when I contacted Mike it was all sorted. Excellent service from start to finish. He called me after examining my iPad and confirmed what was required. After receiving the new part my iPad was returned by the end of the week. Highly recommended.

Printer successfully reset.
I called Michele to reset my printer after I had changed the ink pad. Although.he wasn’t able to complete the task during the evening he came to the house, he was able to complete the task at his office the following morning and return the printer before lunch.

I was given the address of DGM by a shopping centre repair store that told me that my laptop would have to be wiped clean in order to be able to use it again. DGM made the repair, well within 24 hours, without losing any of files, docs or programmes.
