Very uncomfortable in general, even with all the seat customization options. Much marketing, little (or no?) focus on real product design/ergonomics (which I assume is just a white labeled generic chinese manufacturer model).

Disappointed
I haven't received one half of my delivery. DHL only delivered the tabletop and labeled the other one as delivery refused which is completely untrue as I was home and got one half of it!! I contacted dekstronic and spoke to a consultant who advised they would get back to me. They never did. I followed up in an email and have not received a response. Was hoping the poor reviews were isolated but seems to not be the case. Very disappointed.
