That’s correct, the watch band may look different from the photo. We made the decision to change the design of the straps because we previously received complaints about breakage around the little rocket details on the band.
We understand that it can be disappointing when the product looks slightly different from the image, and we’re sorry for the confusion. The change was made to improve the durability of the watch band.

My children love the Deplay. You can download a lot of content onto it yourself. It also offers a variety of educational games and apps. For some of them, you need to sign up for a subscription, but that’s completely understandable. We had a small issue with the pen, but within a day we received a new one.

Bought the Deplay kids tablet for its educational games, but many pre-installed apps only work for a few rounds offline and then require in-app purchases or internet. This wasn't clear upfront—feels misleading. A regular tablet with free offline apps would have been better. Hardware is okay, but the learning promise disappoints. 2 stars.

Great devices with a reasonable prices, it was a good experience overall but the SIM card subscription offer ( for the watch) could be defined in an easier written way, also the watch material could be more stronger and durable for kids movements but according to the price offered thats acceptable. Overall nothing to complain about.

Excellent after sales service!
We have been using the Deplay watch for almost two years now and suddenly the watch was not turning on. Also no response to charging. We contacted Deplay, who responded quickly and proposed to send us a new charging cable. We received both a charging cable and charger and the works continues to works fine! The cable was the issue.
In term of use, after some getting used to the what complicated app interface and focusing on the things we find important we are very happy with this product.

Your tablets are slow and slow, I can find better than the market-known brands at the same price and make them suitable for children myself. I would buy more 3 but I would stay away from you... I gave 3 stars because the cargo just came fast.
